I was interested in selling my property and discussed this with a friend. She introduced Raymond to me. When I first met Raymond, he appeared sincere, trustworthy, patient and understanding about my needs. And he proved it in the way he managed my house sale and subsequent purchase of an apartment. When my house was listed, he had all the buyers come on a particular Sunday, and on that same day, I had 2 firm offers to purchase, both of which were above the listed price. That same night in April'25, we signed a contract for the sale. Raymond also negotiated a few more months' stay before handover, so that I can comfortably commence searching for another place to purchase, as I was interested in an apartment.
