About Read With Me

About "Read With Me"

Read With Me is an enrichment class provider operating islandwide from its centre at 8 Woodlands Square, Singapore. It is verified by KakiList, meaning a real person has confirmed its operating details and contact channels. The provider holds a perfect 5-out-of-5 rating on Google, though this is based on only 4 reviews, so it should be treated as directional rather than definitive. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range ($$) level, though specific session or package fees have not been published.

Parents or students interested in enrolling should begin by reaching out via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to ask about level and syllabus fit — whether the programme aligns with the MOE curriculum, a specific examination target, or a broader literacy development goal. It is worth clarifying whether classes are offered in a group or one-to-one format, what the typical class size is, and whether tuition is available in-person at Woodlands Square or also online. Prospective families should also ask about term commitment, trial class availability, and whether any materials fees apply on top of the session rate.

To take the next step, contact Read With Me directly via WhatsApp or phone to ask about current availability, confirm the programme structure that suits your child's level, and arrange a trial class before committing to a full term.

Highly recommend to enrol ur kids into readwithme. My son can now read independently. Special shoutout and many thanks to teacher Tina and teacher Kat for guiding him. At home before bed we make it a routine for him to pick up his choice of book to read. They say practice makes perfect. What i like about the programme is that it is systematic, there are 3 stages, letter sound, letter blend and final stage is learning to read. Each child will complete each stage before moving on to the next one. Am a proud mama! So happy!❤️❤️❤️ i have placed my interest for my son to continue writewithme programme. So exciting!!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does "Read With Me" charge per session?

Read With Me has not published specific session rates, so you will need to enquire directly for a current fee schedule. As a general guide, enrichment classes in Singapore typically range from S$30 to S$80 per session for group classes, and S$60 to S$150 per session for one-to-one tuition, depending on the subject, level, and tutor's experience. Some providers charge a flat monthly or term fee rather than a per-session rate, which can work out differently depending on how many sessions fall within a term. Ask whether a trial class is available and whether it is charged at the standard rate or offered at a reduced fee. Confirm whether any materials or workbook fees apply separately, and whether sibling discounts or package rates are available for term bookings. Can I try a class before committing?

Many enrichment providers in Singapore offer a trial class before requiring a term commitment, though policies vary — some charge the standard session rate, while others offer a discounted or complimentary first lesson. It is worth asking Read With Me directly whether a trial is available and what it costs. During a trial class, pay attention to whether the content matches your child's current level, whether the teaching style keeps them engaged, and whether the tutor adjusts pace or approach based on individual responses. A single session is usually enough to gauge whether the fit is right before signing up for a full term. If your child is working towards a specific syllabus — such as MOE Primary or Secondary English, or a particular reading programme — confirm that the trial lesson reflects the actual curriculum used in ongoing classes.

What are the tutor's credentials at "Read With Me"?

Specific tutor qualifications have not been published in the current listing, so it is recommended that you ask directly before committing. Relevant credentials to enquire about include whether the tutor holds an NIE-accredited teaching qualification, a relevant degree in English, Education, or Linguistics, and how many years of teaching or tutoring experience they have. For reading and literacy enrichment specifically, it is also worth asking whether the approach is aligned with a recognised methodology — such as phonics-based instruction, guided reading frameworks, or MOE syllabus objectives — and whether the tutor has experience working with children at your child's specific age or reading stage. If the programme caters to children with reading difficulties, ask whether the tutor has training in supporting learners with dyslexia or other language-based learning differences.
