On 19/2 morning, spotted maggots inside my branch premises, in and around the toilet area and there was a strong smell of dead rodent. Contacted your hotline and a staff came down to check. After checking, the staff claimed there was no sign of any dead rodent. I told him it cannot be because the smell is so strong and there were maggots. He claimed the smell was from one of the floor trap. On 20/2 morning spotted more maggots and the smell persisted. Hotline was called and your supervisor Samad came. He checked the toilet and spotted a dead rodent at the false ceiling. The dead rodent looked to be dead for few weeks and there were maggots. Samad was very helpful and helped me removed and cleaned the ceiling board which was badly stained. He also spayed some anti bacterial spray and advised me accordingly. Thank you Samad for the help!
