Awesome experience in rebuilding a bathroom fit for my elderly parents. All done just under 2 weeks, project managed by Firdaus. As you would expect of experienced PMs, Firdaus is top drawer. Right from the beginning, he was manically focused on safety, quality and time. My parents refused to move out of their house while the works are happening, so Firdaus took alot of pain in ensuring as little disruption as possible. He and his team (hacking team, tilers, carpenters and plumber) were always respectful of the 2 seniors, patiently and tirelessly explaining and re-explaining to my mother who has dementia...what is happening, showing up on time and delivering to the schedule. Pricing is transparent and I really appreciate that, along with the fact that Firdaus is always responsive, offering me ideas I had not considered from an elderly friendly perspective. I was assured that the renovation and 2 old people were in good hands. We are all very very pleased with the new bathroom and it is so beautiful which poses another problem for me...so new that my parents can't bear to use! Special shout out to the plumber assigned to us for being quick on his feet and always ready to help. Perfect 10. Thank you guys!

This carpentry company was subcontracted by my contractor/ID Wayne Yeo of One+II design to build cabinetry for my home renovation. However after 2.5 months there was no product at all. We even made a trip down to Woodlands Exchange to the workshop to ask if we could see our cabinet and were just pointed to some random half-completed cabinetry (which actually was not ours). We were promised by Wah Chai the carpenter that the cabinetry would be installed on Feb 10 or 11 but that has not materialised at all and the cabinets have not been made at all. This place is dodgy at best!

Fast and efficient. Very responsive. Excellent worksmanship. Replace all my cabinets and wardrobe doors with new laminates. Replace to a bigger kitchen sink without replacing my quartz counter top. Replace 2 toilet bowl and vanity without damaging the tiles. All done in a week. Excellent job. Absolutely reliable reno contractor.

I don’t write reviews often, but it’s very necessary: Mr. Faiq is extremely responsible, taking care and taking full ownership. Compared to other contractors / ID, he cares a lot for best results and high customer satisfaction. Extremely knowledgeable technically and gives good own perspectives to discuss different options. Highly recommend to anyone!

They can do on budget renovation but you will need to monitor the their work quality, the carpenter don't really follow the draft provided by ID, the electrician work is good but don't know follow customer request and tried to explain to them why we need the wire to run outside as the hdb doorbell pathhole was covered. There many things my iD and me need to check and there times we need to intervent as the their workers are doing dangerous and silly shortcut electricial work. Also they promise 1 year on work warranty but small things the agent is hardly response. I could give. Them 4stars but from our bad experience they are lucky to get 2 stars. So do your homework first for 1st time buyers that is no tight budget or on the big budget. I would give them a miss for any project. Is either they take too many projects and stretching their workers thin.
