I visited this store hoping to browse and possibly purchase some figurines, but the entire experience ended up being extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. From the moment I walked in, the owner’s attitude was cold and unwelcoming. As soon as they assumed I was a kid, the way they treated me completely changed — they became rude, dismissive, and spoke to me in a condescending manner, as if my presence in the store was a waste of their time. Throughout the visit, I tried to remain polite and patient, asking simple questions about the figurines and their prices. Instead of receiving proper answers, I was met with sarcasm, impatience, and unnecessary attitude. It genuinely felt like the owner was looking down on me and not taking me seriously just because of my age. No customer should ever be treated this way, regardless of how old they are. What made the situation even more upsetting was that it seemed like the owner was trying to take advantage of the fact that they believed I was young. Information was vague, explanations were unclear, and the whole interaction gave me the impression that honesty and fairness were not a priority. I walked in as a genuine customer who was interested in their products, but I walked out feeling disrespected and taken advantage of. A store should be a place where people feel comfortable browsing, asking questions, and learning about what they are buying. Instead, this visit made me feel embarrassed and unwelcome. The environment created by the owner’s behavior completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable shopping experience. The figurines themselves are quite nice, which is unfortunate, because the poor customer service overshadows everything else. A business can have great products, but without basic respect for customers, it will never build real trust or loyalty. Respect, honesty, and professionalism should be the minimum standard. I will definitely not be returning to this store, and I would strongly advise others to consider shopping somewhere else where customers are treated with courtesy and respect. No one deserves to be judged or taken advantage of based on their age or appearance. STUPID STORE N OWNER!!! DONT COME!!!

Putting this piece of paper is telling me and giving me the message that if I did not have any orders to collect then I am not welcome. Sorry then I am giving my business to other shops. This owner actually "thinks" I am a "kid". He thinks he got crystal ball and can foretell the future. A "kid" will not even bother to give you his honest feedback from an external point of view. Like seriously you just splat a piece of paper with NO proper explanation and you expect and ASSUME that everyone will understand? Wake up! Good for you that you are chasing away EVERY SINGLE POTENTIAL customer. It's indeed a win win. As a business you should expect both good and as well as negative experiences. Unfortunately from the way you responded and acted so defensively isn't doing you any good. I rest my case.
