We used Roof Doctors in Oct 2025 to fix our leaky roof. Mr Max Teo took my call and came by the next morning. Of the 3 roofers I called (through google search), he was the most responsive, has a non-assuming demeanor and was able to give me a reasonable quote on the spot. His team of 4 to 5 did an excellent job! In fact, Max and his team went way above and beyond their job scope. They helped me to install some bird control barriers and even replaced an old aluminum composite awning for me. For me, the stars were aligned. I got 3 things done with a single professional roofing contractor. Not to mention, every work done is clearly documented and photographed. Thank you Max!! 👍

Thank you to Sebastian Sitoh for all he had done. He was always keeping me updated and was constantly responsive to my enquires. He took time to meet up with me and explain the procedure of the roof leak, fascia and beam repairs. From the beginning to the end I felt I was always part of the “team” which I was truly appreciative of as I knew what was going on throughout. Kudos to him and his team of workers!

Over the years, have used Roof Doctors a few times now. The fact that I have returned to engage them again and again speaks for itself. Latest job completed a few weeks ago. Very pleased with the overall service both the initial assessment/inspection and the waterproofing works itself. Special mention for Sebastian their manager and their 2 workers who carried out the job. Very professional, capable and efficient.

This is one of the BEST waterproofing company I came across - ROOF DOCTOR! My roof has been giving me problems 2 years ago, and I have been engaging waterproofing company recommended by my ID to come and fix the roof. And they never solved my problem. They have been coming to my house like more than 8 times, each time they come (1 boss, 1 Bangladesh worker), they fix that tiny hole and claimed that they have fixed the problem. My master room wall have water bubbles and the paint kept peeling off. I decided to try another company. I ask another 5 new companies to quote. Most of them came either stand at my gate area, never even climb up the roof to see or check, another company used satellite to see and quoted me. And I was very puzzled, how they know how much work to be carried out before they could quote me. I picked one of the company, thinking it’s normal since none of them bother to go up to check. I needed to fix the leaking problem. The reason I picked this company bcos the salesperson is a lady or she is the boss, came with a worker. I thought I would be liaising with her. After the first meeting she got her Bangladesh worker to co-ordinate with me. I told him I wanted the whole roof to be fixed, instead he only done partial repair and claimed that the rest not necessary. I contacted the company but the line was diverted to the same worker who came to my place. Again problem half solved. I have been looking around for 4 months for another roof repair company. I guessed my Buddha heard my prayer and I saw this home directory in my letter box. I found ROOF DOCTOR!!! They are very professional. The salesperson - Sebastian came and asked me for a tall ladder, he climbed up to check, took a lot of pictures of the problem areas. He took time to explain where the problem were and how he was going to fix them. 👍👍👍 That was very impressive!!!!!! Finally someone climbed up the roof to check and NOT anyhow quote & bullshit me. He is a trustworthy guy!!! Another impressive part, Sebastian sent a team of 5 workers to my place daily to repair the roof. (Unlike other company 2 men show) His foreman Masud, was very patience, polite and friendly. Whenever I asked him questions about the roof, he would update me on the progress of their work. I am definitely impressed by their promptness, the attention to detail, the professionalism, the helpfulness the team has exhibited. They even offered to paint my wall since the paint in my bedroom has peeled off. They would cleaned up my place every day before they left for the day. One of the day I could not be home early, i left the whole house to the team. I have informed foreman, Masud that I would only be back at 6.40pm, he was so kind to tell his lorry driver to wait for me to come home before they left. They were honest and reliable bunch of workers. I felt safe even though I left the house to them without anyone at home watching them. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received from ROOF DOCTOR! Anyone who has roof leaking problem, I highly recommend you to use ROOF DOCTOR! Your Roof Repair work has exceeded my expectations and I am very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you again for your outstanding work. “ Customers may forget what your said, but they will never forget how you make them feel” Thanks a billion Guys !!! A red packet for the workers to show my appreciation and satisfaction as a customer. I bought them each a portable fan, bcos it’s so useful for them to use when they are taking afternoon nap, they cool themselves under the humid weather.

Sebastian and team were just excellent. Prompt, sincere and professional. This is a review after two separate jobs were completed in Dec 24 and Feb 25 and we'd had a chance to assess after a few more bouts of heavy rain. Roof Doctors even added additional steps not included in the original quotations, in order to completely solve ancillary problems that arose at no cost. Very responsive and responsible team.
