Staff are loving, caring and professional. Short waiting time, probably because appointments are managed and booked well in advance. I've been bringing my pets to Dr Tan for the last 10 years. Dr Tan is a passionate vet with many postgraduate qualifications. Over the years, I recommended many friends to see Dr Tan for his knowledge, expertise and experience. Many of my friends are impressed and have chosen to continue see him as their family vet.

My piece of advice : Ask for the cost for every single thing the vet do for your pets. Blood test, whatever fecal test, any jabs, or anything the Vet would do. Make yourself loud and clear to the Vet that you will need to make known of the cost BEFORE they do anything to your pets because almost (if not all) everything is done closed door. You will be sitting outside. You will have no visibility. Perhaps, the only thing you will see is the final bill they presented to you at the counter. For medication prescription, ASK and CHECK the pricing of each and every medication’s cost and COMPARE the medication cost online ON THE SPOT. If you are not comfortable with the expensive medicine, just return it, take the name of the medicine and purchase it elsewhere. One of the medicine I got for my dog cost whopping $100 for 20 pills, and then soon after I left the Vet, I googled and realised the same pills can be bought from other Vet at 0.76cts each. Dude! That’s whopping 6.5 times higher. The explanation they gave is that the medication can differ due to various factors such as clinic overheads and their pricing reflects the overall service, expertise, and care provided in conjunction with the medication. Well…… I’ll give 2 stars considering the vet and the assistant appears to be friendly during our visit. But my heart stopped beating when I saw the bill which the cost of every single procedure and medication wasn’t communicated in advance. Not great UPDATE: and the best part is… my dog didn’t recover.

Do not recommend this vet! Visit at your own risk! On 11 Mar 2023, I brought my dog to visit the clinic due to redness and discomfort in the eyes. Dr Tan Eng Khim was attending to my dog. I was only informed that a test was conducted on her after checking in with the assistant as i saw the listed item on the receipt. Prior to this, I wasn't informed beforehand that a test will need to be conducted on my dog. It is unclear to me as to whether the test is conducted as upon reaching the clinic, the assistant registered my dog and brought her in to the consultation room to see the vet leaving me and husband outside waiting for her. The test was charged at a ridiculously high amount, and it is unclear as to whether the test was conducted as it was done behind closed doors. I didn’t confront them as I wanted them to treat my dog with care. Final bill was $400+. Please do visit at your own risk.

Do not recommend this Vet. Sky high prices. Paid over $750 for 1st month treatment for skin allegies and 2nd month was told to pay the same amount for the 2nd course and it will be the monthly cost for indefinitely.. Said i brought my dog to him as i had tried other vets and to not expect him to do miracles. I was shocked.. left without continuing the treatment...

2 weeks ago I was recommended to bring my rabbit to Dr Tan for E Cuni issue. so I decided to give it a try. I must say my experience with Vet@rv is great. Dr Tan is a very professional vet as he would explain to me in details of the treatment plan. The consultation took 45mins to wrap up. The nurses are nice and helpful to help me feed the first dose of the medication to my rabbit in the clinic.Since then, my rabbit condition has gotten better by the days. He is able to sit up on his own, eat and defecate more now. I will be bringing my rabbit back for follow up review this week. Thank GOD I have met Dr Tan knowing that my rabbit is now in Dr Tan’s care. GOD bless Dr Tan and his team of dedicated staff.
