Had 2 very disappointing and unprofessional service. In the first instance, I paid for a session with a counsellor in training. However, her profile was not updated and she was no longer with safe space anymore. In another instance with another therapist, I waited for an hour and she did not show up. Later I checked and was told that my therapist ‘missed the notification’. I hope safe space can look into their conduct of administrative matters better and be more professional in handling of client matters.

I signed up for an online counselling session but my counsellor-in-training Shirlyn Lim asked three minutes (!!) before the session whether I could reschedule it. How's this professional?? Unfortunately, I was not able to reschedule it as the session had "started" by the time I received the message. I had no choice but to cancel the session. I was also not able to receive a refund. This is extremely poor service and communication on the part of the counsellor. I won't go back to this platform anymore.
