we visited their Toa Payoh branch which displayed a comprehensive range of safes for customers selection. The lady was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Not only answered all our queries, she also recommended us the right kind of safe for our high value jewellery storage. In the process, we gained some useful tips on how to make our selection and that all safes are not made equal. Some are of higher security, which essentially served our needs. Eventually, we bought a Chubb Mini Banker 3 costing $2K+. We were very happy with the purchase. Thanks Esther for her good service. I’m writing to express my heartfelt gratitude to Tristan whom I have spoken over the phone in the last couple of days when I encountered a problem with my Diplomat Safe Model 440, which I bought more than 20 years ago. He patiently went through the steps with videos teaching me to try rectify the problem. He was extremely helpful & gave very good advice. All the time bearing in mind to help me save cost. When we realized that it is beyond what I could handle, he promptly arranged his team to attend to me the following day. His team came punctually within the stated time frame & job was done in half an hour’s time. They were professional & careful.
