New clients typically begin with an initial consultation to discuss their wellness goals, current health status, and any contraindications relevant to yoga practice or Ayurvedic treatments. From there, the practitioner can recommend an appropriate programme — whether a single session, a recurring package, or a more structured Ayurvedic care plan. It is worth asking whether individual yoga sessions, group classes, and Ayurvedic consultations are offered separately or as integrated packages, and clarifying the cancellation policy before committing.
To take the next step, reach out to Santosha Yoga & Ayurveda via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to ask about session formats, availability, and current pricing before booking your first appointment.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
I am thankful to ST.Kiran for teaching me yoga and helping me throughout my yoga journey. ST.Kiran was constantly supporting me in each and every step of my Union Yoga Journey. I learnt Surya Namaskar and so many different asanas and pranayamas from her. She explained me about yoga anatomy like muscles and history of yoga very well. She helped me in booking my clock in classes and was always there to resolve my time to time queries. I am thankful to teacher Vidya Jimmy and Teacher Shilpa. Teacher Shilpa helped me a lot to understand the Anatomy of Human Body theory lessons like endocrine system, skeletal system, and reproductive system. I learnt many Asanas like Skandasana and deep stretches for back from her. Teacher Shilpa never ever looses her cool and always tries to support her student👍
Senior Teacher Ms. Kiran truly stood out with her structured, detail-oriented, and sincere teaching approach. Her sessions, while firm at times, were always grounded in clarity, encouragement, and compassion. She consistently emphasized the importance of correct technique and personal discipline, yet she delivered every correction with kindness and a genuine intention to help each of us grow—both as practitioners and as future teachers. Thank you, Ms. Kiran, for your dedication, wisdom, and heartfelt guidance. Your teachings have made a meaningful impact.
Incredibly disappointing experience with this studio. It started off with the instructor missing my 7pm booking and her requesting to change to 7.30pm after I called the studio multiple times. The instructor reached at 7.28pm and did not have the studio key, and we only got in after 7.35pm before starting the class at 7.40pm. It was a one-on-one class and there was no proper or specific yoga style (vinyasa or hatha) done throughout the class, with random stretches in between. When I asked the instructor about any peak poses we will be working towards, she did not know what peak poses were until I gave an example of a crow pose. She did not provide accurate guidance on crow pose and asked me to place my head on the cushion instead to lift my legs up (unsafe method as I should be using my core instead of my head). The rest of the yoga session was random with incomplete or inaccurate instructions for stretches, as compared to all other yoga classes I've attended. There were times where the instructor commented that "I seemed to know quite a lot about yoga, why am I still here", to which I responded I am here to continue my practice. She then mentioned that she has "nothing to teach me" and we ended the class at 8.20pm after 40 minutes, despite her shifting the 1-hour class to 7.30pm.
I am very happy to attend AFC course which is taught by Doctor Satyam and his teaching team . This courses is not only include Ayurveda theory, but also includes physical therapy demonstrations and exercises, as well as physical therapy experience. Doctor Satyami is also very personable and patiently to answer the questions for the students. I like this course very much.
Amazing. Very good service, patient instructor. The Deep stretch lesson is really good. Feeling better than after a 5-star massage. Highly recommended.

Santosha Yoga & Ayurveda indicates mid-range pricing, but specific per-session rates were not publicly listed at the time of this entry. Singapore wellness providers in the holistic category typically charge S$60–150 per individual session, with package rates offering a lower per-session cost when you commit to multiple visits. First-time consultation fees, if any, and no-show or late-cancellation charges are worth confirming before your first booking. Ask whether separate pricing applies to yoga sessions versus Ayurvedic consultations or treatments, and whether package discounts are available for recurring bookings. No formal referral is required to book at Santosha Yoga & Ayurveda. Most holistic wellness centres ask new clients to complete an intake form covering health history, current medications, injuries, and wellness goals before the first session — this helps the practitioner tailor the programme and identify any contraindications. For Ayurvedic consultations in particular, expect the first appointment to be longer than subsequent sessions, as the practitioner will assess your constitution (dosha) and recommend a care plan. If you have a complex medical condition, a GP referral letter can be helpful for insurance reimbursement purposes and gives the practitioner clearer clinical context before treatment begins.
Yoga instruction and Ayurvedic practice are not currently regulated by a single statutory board in Singapore — there is no mandatory government licence equivalent to, say, the TCMPB for Traditional Chinese Medicine or AHPC for physiotherapy. Credibility in this field rests on training credentials: look for yoga teachers registered with Yoga Alliance (RYT-200 or RYT-500) and Ayurvedic practitioners with formal training from a recognised institution in India or internationally. No regulatory licences were listed for Santosha Yoga & Ayurveda at the time of this entry. Confirm the practitioner's specific qualifications and training background directly before booking, and ask about their experience with any condition or goal that is particularly important to you.
