I brought 2 boys, for grooming. The place is clean and the groomer is very knowledgeable. He even shared tips on how to take care of them. My boys were a bit scared at first, but the guinea pig was perfectly fine. We chose to shave all the fur this time haha! Next time we will try just a trim $45/pig. I’ve been a regular at Scruffiez for more than a year, and I can’t praise them enough. Zxen has been especially helpful, always sharing valuable tips on how to care for my bunnies. She is very experienced in grooming them, and she consistently manages to clear a lot of their coat when they are shedding heavily. I really appreciate this, as thorough grooming helps prevent them from ingesting too much fur, which can lead to GI issues. My bunnies may look a little funny or patchy right after their coat is removed, but it’s a small price to pay to avoid a vet visit. Scruffiez has a wonderful team of three—Zxen, Bear, and another colleague—and all of them are genuinely kind, patient, and caring with my bunnies. I’m truly grateful to have found such a dedicated and experienced grooming team.
