About Secret Pets Depot
Secret Pets Depot is a pet grooming provider based in Toa Payoh, offering services islandwide across Singapore. The listing has been verified by KakiList, confirming that operating details and contact channels are accurate. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range level ($$).
When reaching out to Secret Pets Depot, it helps to have key details about your pet ready: their size, breed, coat type, and general temperament. Groomers will typically want to know whether your dog or cat has any anxiety around handling, clippers, or water, as this affects how the session is managed. You should also have up-to-date vaccination records on hand, as most grooming providers in Singapore require proof before accepting a booking. Enquire about whether the service is drop-off at their Toa Payoh address or whether mobile options are available, and discuss whether you would like to set up a recurring grooming schedule. A trial visit is a sensible first step before committing to regular appointments.
To get started, contact Secret Pets Depot via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form with your pet's breed, approximate size, and the services you need, and ask about the next available slot at their Blk 8 Lor 7 Toa Payoh location.

Ive sent my furbaby to this grooming studio a few times now! My furbaby love the staffs there & they're really patient & kind. Highly recommended!
The staff love our cat and she turned out to be so much prettier after the grooming. It’s important to have groomers who really love animals, and the ladies there really show love and affection for my little girl. Thank you CL!
brought my doggo Clover to them today, 11/9. as per usual, she was scared in the beginning, but I knew she would be in good hands of Evon. took the normal grooming, she turned out so nice. she looked so happy with the groomers there when I went to pick her up. highly recommended 👍🏻 Before and after pictures as attached 😬😬 Edit: 5 days later, she still smell very nice!

Grooming prices in Singapore typically vary by pet size, breed, and coat condition. A basic groom for a small dog generally starts from around S$50–70, while larger breeds or those with thick or matted coats can cost considerably more. Additional services such as de-shedding treatments, teeth brushing, nail trimming, and ear cleaning are usually priced as add-ons on top of the base grooming fee. For mobile or islandwide services, a transport surcharge may apply depending on your location. Secret Pets Depot has not published a detailed price list, so it is best to contact them directly with your pet's breed and size to get an accurate quote before booking. Most grooming providers in Singapore require dogs to be up to date on their DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies vaccinations before a session. For cats, the FVRCP combination vaccine is the standard requirement. If your pet is also being seen in a group or shared space, bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination may be requested as an added precaution. Vaccination records should typically be dated within the past 12 months. You will usually be asked to bring proof of vaccination at the time of drop-off. If your pet's vaccinations are not current, it is advisable to visit your vet before booking a grooming appointment. Contact Secret Pets Depot directly to confirm their specific vaccination requirements before your first visit.
In Singapore, grooming facilities do not require an AVS (Animal and Veterinary Service) licence in the same way that boarding operations do. However, responsible grooming providers should be able to describe their protocols for handling pets that become distressed, injured, or unwell during a session, and should carry some form of liability cover. Secret Pets Depot is verified by KakiList, meaning a real person has confirmed the operating details and contact channels listed. No specific licences are recorded for this provider at this time. Before your first appointment, it is reasonable to ask about their handling procedures and what steps are taken if a pet is hurt or falls ill in their care. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
