I have given her my business for over a year. My dog will always come back with uneven shaves and occassional razor nicks but i know that my dog is a very restless one so i wouldnt entirely blame her. Plus her prices were very reasonable. Up until the latest groom, my dog came out with alot of fur left in his butt area(i always request for botak shave), the inside of his ear still wet, and 3 of his inner paws were shaven raw to the point of bleeding. I did not realize the injury to his paws before i came home. I wanted to close one eye about the butt fur because she said he was extra restless that session but the paw injury was just the last straw. Will not be going back ever again. Although her prices are reasonable, shes ultimately a groomer and it is her profession to be able to handle a dog. All the previous groomers i went never gave my dog so much injury, and usually my dog is pretty happy to go to the groomers but hes always scared to go to her. He also always comes out of the groomers smelling like he hasnt been bathed.

Upon receiving my dog back from her place, I realised that her fur was uneven, ear not clean and she doesnt look happy at all. Thats not the worst part… after a few days, i realised theres a few red blood clot on her body and ear. Very dissapointed.
