Shawn may seem like the quiet type, but under all that calm demeanour are gears that are turning - thoughts and strategies formulate in his mind even as you speak to him and he is always focused to get what’s best for his clients. He is very well-versed with the nitty-gritty details when it comes to buying and selling a property. With an attention to detail, his strategy to close a deal may seem scary at times, but with lots of trust, Shawn helped to close the sale of our house which resulted in an excess of $100,000 over what we thought we could initially get. Our hearts were racing when we heard the offers pouring in, one offer higher than the last. Shawn is also very friendly and helpful when it comes to the ‘boring’ paperwork stuff and I found this very helpful as buying a property here in Singapore can get quite complicated with new rules popping up every now and then. I would highly recommend Shawn for his diligence, patience, negotiation skills and strategies. 10/10
