Thankful for a friend's recommendation to visit Dr Shen for eyebag removal. No hard selling. You get what you ask for. Dr Shen is friendly and not pushy. For the 1st appt, he shares what the condition is and what the procedure is like. During the procedure, the operation room was clean and very well stocked. The nurses were professional. There was a lot of care of how I was feeling. The procedure was quick, about 10min on each side. No pain just pressure. Dr Shen has 2 follow up appointments (included in the package) to review the status after op. Overall, it is a very pleasant experience.
