The account staff name Sharon service sucks and rude. Interrupt when the customer talk. Very unreasonable for not released goods when the customer paid. Also never give credit terms to customer. She also want customer listen to her talk whereby she does not listen to customer talk. She refuse to listen to customer explanation and talk when customer is talking She never meet customer satisfaction and never meet customer needs. Still demand customer to meet her satisfaction. This is not the way do business want customer to cater her needs and wants. Wasting customer time and causing trouble to customer to come down again to collect goods but she never compensate the customer for the inconveniences cause.
