Overall experience was superb. From the start to finish everyone from the front desk to the doctor and supporting medical staff very helpful. Healthcare in Cambodia is pretty expensive and they took time to explain and to come up with options on what is the best route to take to fit your budget. Never once tried to take the easy way out. It’s already scarey enough to go to the hospital and you don’t need to be taken aback with cost. Thank you everyone

My experience was bad with the service. I arrived on time for a scheduled health check-up, but the queue process was not organized properly. The documents were placed randomly, and the order in which patients were called seemed to be based on document pile order rather than arrival time. Because of this, another patient who arrived later was called in before me, and I ended up waiting about 30 minutes longer than expected. I would appreciate improvements in patient queue organization and transparency in the process in the future!!

Used this clinic a few times before and its normally very good. Unfortunately I went for blood tests today and specifically told the doctor which test I needing doing twice (as well as having specified via telegram and to the staff at the desk), only for him to do the wrong one and then say I can come back to have more blood drawn and pay for another test - really not very impressed. Im now going to have to waste more time and money getting the correct test. Ill have to find somewhere else in future if simple instructions can't be followed.
