Infact they come earlier than the said time and are patiently willing to wait without sulking to deliver the rug. The rug was delivered wrapped with plastic. They wanted to open and put it back at the original place for me however I told them to leave it to me. They opened the rug and showed me the condition. I must say it's perfectly done. Restored back to it's original. Felt like new all over again. It's definitely worth the price. I am beyond satisfied with the service...
