Families typically begin by contacting Singapore Funeral Care by phone or via the enquiry form to discuss the immediate situation, cultural and religious requirements (Buddhist, Taoist, Christian, Catholic, Muslim, or secular), and preferred ceremony format. The team will advise on the full scope of arrangements — including body collection and preparation, wake venue (void deck, funeral parlour, or home), casket selection, floral arrangements, hearse, and burial or cremation at the relevant government-designated facility. Families should clarify what is included in each package versus billed separately, and confirm lead times for documentation such as the death certificate and cremation or burial permit issued through the Ministry of Health and National Environment Agency processes.
To begin arrangements, contact Singapore Funeral Care directly by phone for immediate assistance, or submit an enquiry through the form on their listing for non-urgent planning enquiries.

We are very grateful to Elaine Chai, our undertaker in charge, for her professionalism and compassion during this difficult time. From the beginning, Elaine handled everything with great care, patience, and respect for our family and our loved one. She guided us through the entire process clearly and calmly, making sure every detail was well taken care of. Her kindness, understanding, and willingness to go the extra mile gave our family comfort and peace of mind during such an emotional period. Thank you, Elaine and team, for your dedication and for supporting our family with such sincerity and empathy. We truly appreciate all the effort you put in to help us give our loved one a respectful and meaningful farewell.
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Indren and the entire team for conducting my father’s final rites with such care and professionalism. All logistics were handled smoothly, and the team respected our instructions on how my father should be presented at his funeral with great attention to detail. Everything was managed seamlessly, without any hiccups, which gave our family much peace of mind during a very difficult time. A special thank you goes to Joel for his prompt responses, patient coordination, and support in accommodating multiple last-minute requests. We truly appreciate that he even checked in after the funeral to ensure everything was in order. Room for improvement would be in the ritual portion and the itinerary for the days, which could be more detailed and regularly updated to keep the family informed. Overall we are satisfied with your service and support. Thank you Singapore casket 🙏
A huge thank you to Ms. Ellaine Chai and her team. To mention Anthony, Aru,Joshua, TP, Jaya, KK, As our case was extra special, no embalming involved, they did their best for the family to let us view him one last time before sealing the casket. Everything was handled smoothly and with care, and it really helped take a load off our minds during a tough time. The staff were respectful, patient, and professional throughout, Especially Ms. Ellaine, the Funeral director who made sure everything runs smoothly from start to end. I even had to call her in the middle of the night and that she was prompt in attending the issue. The wake was held at our residence and that they set it up beautifully. I know my husband would have been proud of what the team has done. It felt like he was already in paradise. Flowers filled our house until the garage. We truly appreciate the support and service Ms Ellaine, Anthony and her team have provided.
We are truly grateful for the support and professionalism shown by our funeral advisor - Ms Elaine Chai during my dad’s final journey. From the very beginning, she was respectful, patient, and incredibly well-organized. She guided us through every step and took care of all the arrangements seamlessly, allowing our family to focus on remembering and honoring my dad without having to worry about the administrative details. During such a difficult time, her calm presence and attention to detail meant a lot to us. Thank you for helping us give my dad a dignified and meaningful farewell. Also special mention to the support team helmed by Ms Lina who ensured that the final day to Mandai crematorium, as well as the ash scattering at Choa Chu Kang was seamless.
We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the excellent service and care provided by Singapore Casket. We wish to especially commend CYRUS KOH for his professionalism and support. He was highly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us clearly and patiently. When we were uncertain about some decisions, he provided thoughtful recommendations that ultimately worked out very well for us. Throughout the three days, he regularly checked on us, making sure everything was alright and that we were coping. My family and I are deeply grateful for the compassion and care shown to us during this difficult time. Here are some additional comments from my family members. The Regency Room exceeded our expectations. Its soothing pastel-coloured interior created a dignified and comforting environment for visitors to pay their respects. Many guests felt at ease and stayed longer to spend time with the family. The complimentary hot drinks machine and box of cakes were thoughtful gestures that were very much appreciated. The provision of a safe for condolence monetary gifts was also practical and reassuring. Additional chairs were promptly arranged upon request for the Memorial Service. The transition to Mandai Crematorium was smooth and well-coordinated. The staff, led by Aru, guided us professionally through every stage — from the photo-taking session before departure to the final service and cremation. The ash scattering session at the Garden of Peace was also conducted seamlessly, with clear guidance from Ben. We are grateful for the professionalism and care shown throughout.

Singapore Funeral Care is priced at a mid-range level, though specific package figures were not published at the time of listing. Funeral costs in Singapore typically vary by religious or cultural tradition, ceremony duration, and whether burial or cremation is chosen. A basic cremation package tends to start from around S$2,000–3,500, while full wake and funeral packages — including casket, hearse, floral tributes, and associated services — commonly range from S$5,000 to S$15,000 or more depending on scope. Key items to confirm in writing include: what is bundled in the quoted package (collection, preparation, wake, hearse, cremation or burial fees), what is billed separately (government permit fees, urn, additional nights of wake), and whether GST applies. Contact Singapore Funeral Care directly for a detailed breakdown before confirming arrangements. See the full funeral services cost guide for Singapore →
Funeral providers in Singapore typically offer both cremation and burial options, subject to the deceased's religion, family preference, and plot availability. Cremation is administered through NEA-managed crematoria; burial is available at gazetted cemeteries such as Choa Chu Kang Cemetery, with Muslim burials directed through MUIS-managed grounds. Confirm with Singapore Funeral Care which options they coordinate directly and which involve third-party referrals. Families should also clarify timelines — NEA cremation slots and burial plot availability can affect scheduling — and ensure all required documentation (death certificate, cremation or burial permit) is accounted for within the quoted service.
Funeral service providers in Singapore are not subject to a single mandatory licensing regime in the way that healthcare or childcare providers are, but reputable operators typically hold an ACRA-registered business entity and comply with NEA regulations governing body handling, cremation, and cemetery procedures. Singapore Funeral Care is KakiList-verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. It holds a 4.9-star rating across 931 Google reviews — a robust sample. ACRA registration was not confirmed at the time of listing; families are advised to request the company's registration details directly and confirm the engagement terms, itemised costs, and any cancellation or refund provisions in writing before proceeding.
