Very pleased to have engaged Singapore Funeral Committee. Ashwin and the team had done a great job, shown empathy and care, while being very clear and efficient throughout the whole process. I had reached out to four different companies to enquire about the funeral services, and decided to go ahead with SFC immediately after speaking to Ashwin (he's the fourth company I spoke to). What stood out was how clear he was with the scope of services, the cost, and what the bereaved family needed to do/prepare/decide on. He listened to our questions and answered every one of them, and also provided suggestions and other factors that we didn't know but might want to take into consideration. He was respectful of our decision and wishes throughout the process. The ashes collection service (which could be delivered directly to the home or the location for post cremation process) was a plus. The team was punctual and very prompt to reply to messages even at wee hours. The cost was transparent and very reasonable. They also treated the deceased with care and tenderness, and the make-up was very well done. The family was very comforted to see that their loved one looked so peaceful and natural.
