The only benefit that i can give this place is the very spacious venue. but it is pointless because you are limited by the amount of parking space. You are given free parking from the palour but the free parking location is not even located within the palour. So our family members who bought food for us had to either park and lug all their items over or just give up and pay exorbitantly high parking fees just to unload the car. You are also forced to use their catering services which is an additional cost and not part of the venue's package and you will be dealing with the rudest and uncompassionate caterers. firstly, when we paid extra for the coffee machine, they did not reset the machine properly causing us to waste one whole packet of coffee powder. When we complained about their machine, they offered to give us another packet but ended up trying to sneak the cost into the final bill. secondly, they insisted on settling the final bill during my father's final funeral rites before cremation. So while the priest was about to begin the final rites, they insisted on us making final payment immediately on the spot without any care or compassion for us. when I refused to pay for the extra coffee powder without a proper discussion, they insisted that it is part of the cost and I had to make payment immediately. the whole process was very gangster confrontation in front of all my family and friends. I absolutely would not recommend this location to anyone and would encourage any undertaker to avoid this place and find a different palour that treats the family members with the respect and compassion that they have, especially after experiencing the loss of a loved one. And along with the recent reviews, I do not think there is a trend of having very money-minded, rude staff interactions.

We recently had our family member wake at Singapore funeral parlour. The place is nice and spacious, food is nice, staff is friendly and contactable. From basement carpark will see clear indication of the deceased name and photo. A very comfortable rest area with hotel-style toilet and a big safe box. We had a good experience at SFP and would recommend this place.

This is a pretty new funeral parlour located near UWC and Ikea Tampines. I am impressed by the ease of parking and the entrance to the lift lobby was very easily found after alighting. The deceased’s photo was placed on screen for the respective rooms, and it allowed attendees to go to the correct room easily. The location was very peaceful, and rooms were air conditioned. Bereaved families will be able to grieve in comfort as there is also a room for resting. Families can also do a video photo montage for attendees to view the deceased’s life in photos. It’s still pretty accessible as it has many buses serving the main road.
