Lot of things I can share about Mr. Kamal as a Property Agent and as a human. I met Mr. Kamal 4 years ago after one of my friends recommendation to get help to find a house in Singapore for rent. Before I met Kamal, I interacted with few more agents and no one could help me to get what I wanted. But, Mr. Kamal is someone who gives more than 100% to make his customers happy. Since I was new in Singapore, I had quite a few things to worry about when I was looking for the house. Mr. Kamal patiently listened to all my concerns and helped to clarify one after the other. I’m really thank full to him for the amount of time he spent for not only getting my family a good house for rent but but also from an understanding land lord. He has all those contacts who can help with any small repairs from civil to electrical to plumbing related. I troubled him a lot in the very early days, but he never complained and used to attend my calls and acted promptly to resolve the issues. Since then he has been my property agent in Singapore. He maintains very good relationship with his customers. He also helps customers with his suggestions if they are interested in investment. He has a fair amount of knowledge on and we can just simply trust him. Before I came to Singapore I lived in various countries across various geographical regions and interacted with various property agents. But, I can confidently say that I never met someone like Mr. Kamal. He is so passionate about what he is doing. He can get things done quickly and I call it as “speed to solution”, which is very important in any business. Mr. Kamal’s ultimate goal is to make his customers happy, either a tenant or a landlord. He is very flexible, approachable and makes himself available round the clock to help his customers to make them comfortable. After you start interacting with him, you don’t feel like he is an agent, rather you will admit that he is family member.
