Homeowners contacting Singapore Realtors Inc (SRI) typically ask about Property Agents. The team positions itself as a working property outfit rather than a generalist, so you can expect questions about scope, access, and timing before a quote is confirmed.

To move forward with Singapore Realtors Inc (SRI), WhatsApp is the most efficient channel: describe the problem, share a photo if applicable, and mention your location. KakiList doesn't charge either party, so the quote you receive is the quote the provider actually offers.
I cannot recommend Sheryn Ong (CEA: R051359A) highly enough. After my parents faced significant challenges and immense stress with their previous property agents, meeting Sheryn was an absolute blessing. From the very beginning, Sheryn redefined what professionalism means. She is incredibly dedicated and handles every single detail of the process meticulously. What truly sets her apart, however, is that she does everything with heart and constantly goes the extra mile for her clients. As I travel extensively, it is often difficult to manage matters from afar. But Sheryn gave me complete peace of mind. I am so comforted knowing my parents have someone so reliable, kind and trustworthy handling everything for them. I am incredibly grateful to have met Sheryn and to have introduced her to my parents. If you are looking for an agent who combines top-tier expertise with genuine care and absolute reliability, Sheryn is the best choice.
Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Conduct by Salesperson Kevin Chung Kok Hiang (R020630C) I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the conduct of salesperson Kevin Chung Kok Hiang (R020630C) from SRI, whom I found via PropertyGuru. I was looking for a seller agent who charges 1% commission and reached out to Mr Kevin Chung to enquire professionally. In response, he replied to me with the remark “I pay peanuts I get monkey.” I find this response sarcastic, disrespectful, and unprofessional. If Mr Kevin Chung does not accept 1% commission arrangements, he could have simply and politely declined by stating that he only accepts a 2% commission fee. There was no need for sarcasm or arrogance in his reply. As a consumer, I believe that property agents should uphold basic standards of professionalism and courtesy, regardless of whether they wish to take on a client. Such remarks reflect poorly on both the individual agent and the agency he represents. I hope this matter can be looked into and addressed accordingly. Thank you for your attention.
Had a really bad experience with agent Stanley Lee R066950J (potential racism or plain incompetence) He lied about HDB Foreigner Quota after an enquiry was made for a rental unit. Not sure if the owner is racist and hence the lie OR if the agent is incompetent and does not know how to check HDB website. One of the two has to be true. After I cross-checked with HDB website and reverted to Stanley that there is foreigner quota in the estate, he proceeded to ghost me. I tried messaging 3 times over 3 days to seek further info, but there was no response after I pointed out the blatant lie/misinformation to him. It was only after threatening to report to CEA that a response came, deflecting to an unrelated suggestion, trying to nitpick that we had no fixed move-in date (is it a crime to be flexible?) and that HDB Quota is updated monthly. I know that HDB Quota is updated monthly, which means that it was updated on 1st Jan. The listing was put up or updated on 21st Jan and I was told that there's no foreigner quota on 23rd Jan. Instead of an apology or owning up for the mistake, I was met with aggression and deflecting arguments. I will be reporting this to CEA.
Don't recommend Benson poh zihao as an agent CEA Registration: R069878Z Agency License: L3010738A Initial interactions will be great. Very friendly. Then what's needed to be done and what's promised will slow down and then be ignored and ghosted. You will need to chase more and more. He will reply when convenient for him. Regret buying my property under him. Will convince and downplay concerns and costs. A Solid salesman. Benefits himself and the company but likely not you. Maybe just us but who knows..just sharing my own and family's experience. irrelevant but he also shared that he's a personal trainer, pets services, medical conceirge to help insurance claims(which we also used and regret. Imagine medical emergency and he only replies 2 days later or doesnt get back when he said he would ) Basically say he's doing everything. But really.. doing nothing.
Don’t recommend. Agent with lack of integrity, unapologetic when obviously late for appointment, and does not deliver on her verbal promises. Not trustworthy, and to think the agent is an Assistant Divisional Director. What a joke of an agent. No point giving feedback to the email. Nothing will be done since the money already in pocket. Will tell my network to not use this particular agent.
