About Sister Choy Health Services
Sister Choy Health Services is an eldercare provider based at 35 Selegie Road offering nursing home-related services across Singapore. The listing is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered. With 536 Google reviews and a rating of 4.8 out of 5, the volume of feedback provides a robust signal of consistent client experience, though families should conduct their own due diligence given that no regulatory licences are currently recorded on this listing.
Families typically begin by contacting the team via phone or the enquiry form to discuss the elder's care needs — including mobility, medical conditions, cognitive status, and whether live-in or visit-based arrangements are required. A care assessment helps clarify the scope of support needed, whether that is nursing care, personal care, companionship, or dementia support. It is advisable to involve all key family decision-makers early, confirm the caregiver's qualifications and any relevant training, and ask about a trial period to assess compatibility before committing to a longer arrangement. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range ($$), though specific rates have not been published; request a written quote that sets out all fees, including any public holiday surcharges, before proceeding.
To take the next step, contact Sister Choy Health Services directly by phone or through the enquiry form to arrange a care assessment and request full written pricing.
Insist on a trial period and put the care plan, hours, and rate in writing.
Very glad to have Prof Ng & Sincere SHG team with us through our first fertility & maternity journey. The path seems daunting at first but we always felt assured and encouraged with every interaction we had with Prof, the nurses & embryologists. Special thanks to nurse Rose for being the constant go-to for any questions / clarifications at any time of the day through WhatsApp. We are also very thankful for Prof for continuing on his great work despite him being well into his retirement age. His passion to help couples through fertility journey is so commendable! It’s really a game changer to feel supported through this journey, on top of being able to have full trust & confidence in the expertise of Prof & SHG team. Once again, many thanks to Prof Ng, nurse Rose, Alice, Huiping, Agnes! Also, many thanks to the team at IVF center & the embryologists! Nurse Eva, Sook Guan, Su Lin, Fay, Han Dan, Arshiya! Dr Chen, Alicia, Anna, Fiona, Sky! 🌸👍🏻🍀 You all are the best! 😊
💖 Really made the right choice to come to Dr Andy Tan. Clinic is so clean and organised, such upkeep speaks alot about their professionalism and commitment to patients. Dr Tan was very friendly and patient. Explained in great lengths, and definitely not the typical type to get u to do unnecessary procedures. 👍🏼 Thumbs up!!
We are incredibly grateful for the care and support we received from Dr Lim and nurses Gayn and Diyana throughout our maternity journey. Dr Lim was professional, reassuring, and always took the time to explain things clearly. Gayn and Diyana were kind, responsive, and so supportive at every step. Their warmth and dedication made a huge difference to our experience. I would highly recommend this team to anyone seeking compassionate and expert care.
I had a really great experience at Sincere. From start to finish, the environment was calm and professional. I want to give a special shout-out to Nurse Rose and Nurse Alice; their attentive care made a world of difference. Nurse Rose, in particular, made sure I was comfortable and well-looked after throughout. Prof Ng was also wonderful—very patient, thorough, and reassuring, which immediately put my mind at ease. If you are looking for a medical team that truly listens and provides a stress-free experience, I cannot recommend them enough.
Nurse Fay Alice Rose have been very caring and nice towards me during the entire process. The clinic environment is nice too. Though I have not been a successful case yet. Hope i wil be one of them soon.

Sister Choy Health Services has not published specific rates on its listing, and pricing will depend on the level of care required, the number of hours per day or week, and whether a live-in or visit-based arrangement is needed. As a general reference, home care visits in Singapore typically run S$20–40 per hour, while live-in arrangements involve a caregiver salary plus agency fees. Public holiday surcharges commonly apply. Request a written quote that itemises the agency placement or management fee, the caregiver's rate, any levy or insurance obligations for live-in helpers, and whether medical supplies or transport are billed separately. Sister Choy Health Services lists nursing home-related services under its eldercare category; contact the team directly to confirm whether they provide live-in caregivers, scheduled home visits, or referrals to nursing home placement. The right arrangement depends on the elder's medical needs, mobility, level of supervision required, and the family's capacity to provide support during gaps in coverage. For visit-based care, confirm the minimum hours per visit, whether the same caregiver attends each time, and what the replacement policy is if a caregiver is unavailable. For live-in arrangements, clarify the trial period length, the process for requesting a change of caregiver if the relationship is not a good fit, and all costs in writing before any agreement is signed.
No regulatory licences are currently recorded on this listing, so families should ask Sister Choy Health Services directly about caregiver qualifications — including nursing certifications, relevant training in dementia or palliative care, and first-aid accreditation. For home care services of a clinical nature, providers are typically registered with the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) or hold MOH approval; confirm whether this applies here. Also clarify insurance coverage: reputable eldercare providers carry insurance that protects against caregiver injury on the job and incidents involving the client. Insist on seeing documentation before care begins, and put the agreed care plan, hours, and rate in writing. Listing data is incomplete — contact Sister Choy Health Services directly to confirm details.
