Visit at your own risk, doctor kelvin does not care about patients at all. He’ll greet you bubbly as if you’re his long lost friend but it’s more like he’s happy that he can “chop” your money. My scalp was a tad itchy & was contemplating whether or not I should still consult the doctor but went ahead since I had already made an appointment. Doctor Kelvin checked my scalp & told me that it must’ve been very itchy, I was perplexed bc I know the itchiness level is probably a 2/10 during the visit but I just wanted reassurance that I’m fine. But doctor made it sound like my scalp is 10/10 itchy. He proceeded to charge me with scalp & facial treatment which cost $120 respectively. Mind you, they’ve this sales tactic where they’ll waive your consultation fee of $120 if you do their treatment. For the skin facial treatment, the nurse only put the treatment serum on your face, put the mask for 3 mins then wash off & they charge you $120 for this preposterous treatment. Doctor diagnosed me with folliculitis & dermatitis but I don’t have those, my scalp wasn’t even itchy 1 day after, the products they gave me were of no use now & it’s a waste of my money. I wanted to consult for some red spots on my cheeks & forehead but doctor strongly suggested me to consult another day as he wants to deal with the scalp issue first. Doctor confirm wants to “chop” my money again & I won’t grant his wish. Initially, they charged me $500+, but I rejected some of the products they gave me as I feel that they’re of no use bc they gave me vitamins. They charged me $425.10 in the end. I felt that I got scammed, if I could give negative star, I would but I wouldn’t even want to give them one star for their service and work ethic.

I’ve a patient of Dr. Kelvin since my army days in Singapore, and he’s helped my skin issues in both clearing it and maintaining it. I’ve come back for my usual treatment every few weeks and still use the products till today. The staff at the Yishun branch have always been kind, courteous and rendered great service delivery in the treatments and general handling of customers. Special mention to Jacqueline who remembers me and always welcomes me with a smile!

This has been my go-to clinic for years, from the days of stubborn acne to flare-ups like eczema and hives. I’ve always seen Dr. Kelvin Goh for these concerns, and every consultation has been consistent and reassuring. Dr. Goh is highly experienced, just one look and he knows exactly what’s going on. His advice is clear, practical, and often comes with a recovery timeline that, in my experience, tends to be spot on. Treatment usually involves a short in-clinic procedure (cream and spray applications). It takes about 10 minutes, handled by the staff, and while I don’t know the exact ingredients used, they’ve always worked for me. For non-prescription items like moisturisers or serums, these are sometimes recommended at the counter after the consultation. If you don’t need them, just let the staff know. I usually skip them, as I have my own skincare products. The clinic has never failed me, and my family sees Dr. Goh as well. For any skin-related issues, this is the only clinic I turn to, and the only one I’ll keep returning to.

The doctor prescription is effective, however I do not recommend coming here to solve your acne problem as it will not be sustainable in the long term. Simply unethical on their pricing system, the mastermind behind who tied the medication to the three minutes facial service. Clearly it’s $150 - a package, that’s mainly for a facial service, with 10 doses of tabs. Warnings, the course requires at least 5 months, means i need to come back at least 15 times to do the facial ?!?? - I can’t imagine. (iykyk the motive is for you to keep coming back and spent) I told the nurses that’s it’s very unethical and costly for me to be charged like this, that is it possible for me to get the tabs and the necessaries and don’t do the facial. The nurses told me “then you can search for other choice. If you don’t want to do the facial, it’s still $150.” 😂 The medication can get at much lower price. Basically it’s clear that the patient is charged unnecessarily. Of course if you have a lot of money to feed the nurses and doctors there, sure 😅 (ps: I still left a 3 stars here out of a little kindness, also coz yes the doctor is quite friendly and the prescription is fuss free, and their products works) else for the ethics behind, could have easily been a 1.
