Boss Peter is responsive and pleasant. Quite generous with discount when making the deal - 5 aircons to deep clean - included aircon gas top up. On appointed day, 2 Bangladeshi came about 15 minutes late from the appointed time. Milon and Islam were their names. Generally they know their work but I find Milon's attitude towards property rather tardy. All aircons, all lights, fan were put on for the duration of their work - mine took just over 7 hours. I thought it was to test the aircons but later when I asked, he said he put it on for my comfort... 🤔🤔 Milon asked me for a ladder which I had none. Surprising as shouldn't they come equipped? Actually they had it in their van. They puddled my parquet floor and I told them to try keep it dry as it can cause the parquet tiles to expand and cause separation from the floor. But it fell on deaf ears and I had to keep mopping up the wet floor. Milon used my toilet sink and somehow he had jammed the drain valve. Water could not flow out and sink was full. At the end of the day, he was going off leaving it like that but luckily I discovered it and tried to fix it. I used their wet vacuum to suck out the water and worked at the drain valve till it came loose. Quite irresponsible for him to want go just leave it flooded like that. Milon disconnected my toilet water to connect his hose for jetting the aircon cooling vanes. There was a bit of leak at the connection and he used toilet paper to dampen the water spray. After the work, he disconnected his hose and the toilet paper pulp was just left on the floor. I had to clean up. I paid to deep clean 5 aircon units including gas top up. They only topped up one unit and it took less than 5 minutes. Also, no warranty for this work was given. Islam is the quiet one but he does good work. Milon needs to be more considerate towards owners property. Update dated 13th Dec: I had another aircon deep chemical cleaned in another location by a different aircon company. I now realise that these 2 tradesmen from Skybreeze took some shortcut. The piping for the blower has to be disconnected to remove the blower from the wall. After it is cleaned, it has to be reconnected. Thereafter, a vacuum pump needs to be used to remove the ambient air that has entered the piping before the gas from the condenser is turned back on. This NEVER happened. They never used vacuum pump. I do not know what the effects to my air conditioners will be going forward or how long it will last. I have thus revised my review and deducted another star for this failing... I also now realise that inspite of the discount that the boss Peter gave me for doing 5 units, it was not really cheap (per unit) cos I am getting it done even cheaper (per unit) and more properly for a one unit only job!! Overall, I think I will reserve recommending Sky Breeze.

We notified Sky Breeze they had missed a service and proposed an amicable settlement to avoid any dispute with our landlord. The technicians who came for the service weren’t supportive and the manager didn’t reply to our email and is hard to reach over the phone. Besides this major unpleasant episode, we experienced poor organization as date and time of appointments kept changing without explanation. I hope Sky Breeze will take responsibility for their missed service or this may result in loosing our deposit.
