Inconsistent food. They only get it right once. Rice is either undercooked or overcooked. Seafood is like rubber. Fish is the worst, smell is puking off, fishy smell no matter how they try to cover it with sauces. Vomitted once over their fish. After few months, food is now either too salty or too sweet. Great marketing, but failed to deliver proper food. Feedbacks given with no signs of improvements.

Food is not like food... Don't know how they can make a simple vegetable dish taste bad. Fish always have fishy smell, not fresh... Their seasonings also taste weird, Tom yum is like Tom yum flavoured water, cream sauce has a weird taste...

Food isn't fresh. Mostly undercooked and lacked quality of even a decent dish. They are currently serving at my international school and it is horrible. It's even worse than our previous vendors. The only decent food is the breakfast and finger foods which were alright. But for me, the worst thing is the price. They sell their foods and beverages at an extremely high price. Some even toppled me over. For a small plate of rice, meat and vegetables. It costs us around 5.50 to 7 dollars. You read that right. And the quality is not even to par. It is disgraceful. So I strongly do not recommend this caterer. Not worth your time or money.
