Very dishonest seller!!!! Check before you accept the item! Seller told me there is no showroom to see the stepper but I realized there is 1 at telok blanch. I've bought heavy home gym equipment from all the major online sellers in Singapore over the years and I have to say the experience with Sole Fitness is the most enjoyable by a distance. Everything from placing the order to installation to payment has been fuss-free and the customer service has also been top notch. I did not get their names but kudos to the two bros who not only did the installation but helped to remove my previous power rack with supreme professionalism and patience. It's almost been a month since the installation and if I ever have to nitpick, there is some very slight dint on the equipment but given my experience with the customer and installation service so far, I've no doubt Sole Fitness would help to resolve any future problems with the same honesty and professionalism. 100% would buy from them again in the future.
