Dr Joy Lee is the doctor with the WORST bedside manners I have ever come across. Totally lacking in empathy. I will never forget how she made my mother feel like she was just a case study and a statistic, instead of an actual person. Her tactic of scaring patients into her suggested course of treatment is ruthless, calculated, and unfeeling. I suggest you look elsewhere or for another doctor at this clinic (the other doctors were great).
