Bad experience! Staff are unbothered to help (just lazing at the reception), rude, and condescending. They do not entertain you when you walk in. When somebody came to assist, she kept leaving us on our own for significant times to entertain others. She was also cold especially when we were speaking, she kept cutting us off and walking away. She also limited the variety of tiles that we could choose from by only showing us very few tiles and was trying to rush us into making a decision. Felt very uncomfortable during this experience. Glad i didn't spend my money in such an environment!

Scanning the QR code on the tile will bring to the pictures of the toilet. There are quite a number of people on weekends, so need to wait for a while to be served. Will get to bring back small samples of the chosen tiles.
