New clients typically begin with an initial consultation or intake assessment to discuss their wellness goals, existing conditions, and any contraindications. Holistic services may encompass a range of modalities — confirm which are offered and whether a single session or recurring package best suits your needs. Ask about cancellation and no-show policy upfront, as wellness providers commonly enforce a 24-hour notice window. Sessions can be booked by phone or via the enquiry form on the provider's listing.
To get started, call or submit the enquiry form to check availability, ask about the first-visit format, and confirm the full session fee before arriving.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
Loved my facial at Spa Esprit — Chis was amazing! She’s so knowledgeable, calm and gentle, and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout. My skin feels refreshed and glowing. Rei at the front desk was also super helpful and friendly — such great service from start to finish!
Great environment. Facial room is quite small but massage room is spacious. Overall is clean and hygienic place. Facial Service - bojin facial 90min sgd 68 trial is good, with warm towel and tingsha bell and 1 hour trial massage is sgd 68 is good because they put essential oil in a pail and let u smell when ur head is face down, meaning u can smell the essential oil for 1h through out. . Highly recommended. Decor is nice too.
Had the 30 mins power massage by Zai and the radiance boost facial by Chris and both therapists were great and thoroughly enjoyed the treatments. Reception staff were also really friendly and whole experience was delightful.
I chose the House Proud 60mins. Was expecting a session with “Relaxing Long Strokes” as per described on the website. What I experienced was the opposite for more than half of the 60mins - rapid, rushed short strokes. The tempo and rhythm was so ‘rushed’ that I actually counted, the masseuse almost clocked 2 strokes per second. Just imagine how fast that is. The whole session ended on time and so I suspect it might be how the ‘massage rundown’ is for a 60 minutes full body. Overall, an unpleasant experience. Will I be back? No. Will I recommend to friends? No. However if you are looking for a high pressure level muscle relaxation 60min session. I would say you can consider this an option. The ambience and interior are pretty Ok.
Great experience from start to end. Service from all the ladies working today was amazing, I'm feeling very relaxed after the session and will be expecting a good night's sleep. Room is clean. Flower under the bed is a nice touch. Masseuse is friendly and has great strength for my stiff body. Tea before and after.

Spa Esprit's pricing is listed in the mid-range band ($$), but specific per-session rates are not publicly displayed and will vary by modality and session length. When enquiring, ask whether a first-consultation or intake fee applies separately from the treatment cost, whether packages offer a lower per-session rate compared to single bookings, and what the cancellation or no-show policy is — most wellness providers require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a charge. Sibling or loyalty discounts, if available, are worth asking about for recurring bookings. See the full Holistic wellness cost guide for Singapore →
No formal referral is required to book at Spa Esprit, but a first-visit intake process is standard at holistic wellness providers. Expect to complete a health questionnaire covering existing medical conditions, medications, injuries, or contraindications relevant to the modality you are booking. If you have a complex or chronic condition — for example, cardiovascular issues, autoimmune conditions, or recent surgery — it is advisable to speak with your GP beforehand. A GP referral letter can also be useful if you intend to make an insurance claim, as some integrated-shield or corporate-wellness plans require documented referral for reimbursement. Contact Spa Esprit directly to confirm the first-visit format and any specific preparation required.
No regulatory licences are listed for Spa Esprit on this directory. Licensing requirements for holistic wellness practitioners in Singapore vary by modality: physiotherapists and occupational therapists must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC); Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners must hold a valid TCM Practitioners Board (TCMPB) registration; psychologists are credentialled through the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) or the Register of Psychologists; medical doctors fall under the Singapore Medical Council (SMC). All public registers are searchable online. For modalities that do not fall under a statutory board — such as massage therapy, reiki, or other holistic treatments — voluntary industry certifications signal training standards. Contact Spa Esprit directly to ask about the qualifications and certifications held by the practitioner who will be treating you. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
