Lala and her team did an absolutely incredible job for our annual spring cleaning! They were incredibly thorough and meticulous, making sure no corner was missed. Every area was carefully cleaned, and you could really see the attention to detail in their work. What we appreciated most was how mindful they were with the different materials of our furniture and fixtures, handling everything with care and using the appropriate cleaning methods for each surface. The whole team was professional, efficient and very pleasant to work with. Our place feels refreshed and spotless. Highly recommend Lala and her team!

One of the main reasons I chose SparkCleanz deep cleaning service was because their job scope was very clear and detailed, leaving very little room for grey areas or misunderstandings. Lala’s team turn up for the job and are incredibly thorough and meticulous in their cleaning. I especially want to highlight how they managed to remove the stubborn watermarks on our shower glass doors — something many friends and even our agent said would be nearly impossible. Yet, Lala’s team did it flawlessly. The team is also willing to try their best to attempt at request that was not on the scope. At times, we are surprised that things are done without asking. There’s honestly very little to fault them on. They also take feedback with such a positive attitude if we ask for any touch-ups, which is only 1-2 times. My husband and I are truly impressed by Lala’s team — their efficiency and effectiveness exceeded our expectations. Looking forward to engage them the next round.

I engaged this cleaning company for my house move, and I was very impressed with the service. Lala, the team lead, was extremely responsible and professional. She walked me through every area in detail and even shared useful tips on house maintenance — things to take note of when moving in and moving out, which I really appreciated. I’m really impressed with Lala and her team, who helped me with a deep cleaning of my home. I’ve honestly never seen my windows — or my house — this clean before! What stood out most was how meticulous they were, not just as individuals but as a team. If you did National Service back in the 2000s, you’ll know the kind of standard I mean: sergeants swiping a finger along corners and surfaces to see if even a speck of dust shows up. That’s exactly the level of cleanliness my home is at now, thanks to Lala and her crew. On top of that, everyone (not just Lala) was friendly and courteous throughout. I’m genuinely very happy with the service, and I’ll definitely request Lala’s team again the next time I engage a cleaning service.
