Did a deep clean for my single Doona stroller and i must say that i am extremely pleased with the end result. They sent photos of the cleaning via whatsapp to me to show what are the areas that are cleaned; a sign of transparency which i am sure hard to obtain these days. I was served my Lloyd who handled the service professionally. I suggest would be customers to contact them before coming to ensure short waiting time. Cheers!

I contacted them through whatsapp for their ultimate clean service of my stroller, and their replies were very prompt. The staff was courteous in their messages, and provided constant updates on the delivery and cleaning as well. They even took pic of the cleaning process! Overall, I'm very satisfied with their services. :)

Decided to schedule a deep clean session for my baby carrier after using it for about 6 months. This is my first time engaging their services, booking a time slot was easy and fuss free, and my carrier smells really nice as well. The price was reasonable for a same day wash (drop off and pick up). Will schedule time to clean my baby stroller soon.

Brought stroller for cleaning, end up stroller chassis painting for messed up by chemical. Sparkle Clean offered to refund but I refused. How can a stroller cleaning service become a disaster instead of cleaning up.
