I did both my kitchen and island counter top with Eddie. They are to my liking alot.It was of great craftmanship and quality and the finished product truely showcase true exquisiteness, adding a touch of elegance to my house . Was indeed very impressed with the end result. Eddie was also professional ,patient and quick to answer all my questions, even flagging potential issues ahead of time. I engaged Eddie (Project Sales Director, Stoneworks) to manage hacking, marble, masonry and carpentry work for my home renovation. Over the course of a few months, Eddie proved to be highly responsive, on top of details, and consistently solution-oriented. He was incredibly helpful, and instrumental to the successful completion of our house overhaul. Whenever I flagged issues or when issues cropped up (as they inevitably do), Eddie did not shrink responsibility but accepted the facts and expedited resolution measures. The partners he worked with proved to be dedicated and committed, often providing sound recommendations but ultimately willing to execute my desired designs. Pricing was fair and work was good quality. Importantly, Eddie was trustworthy and willing to go the extra mile. Eddie the Sales Director, provided excellent service and was constantly responsive. I have been to many stone suppliers looking for designs and I loved the design by Stone works. Later, we went through many weeks and days of chatting, answering my queries patiently on my chosen sintered stone. He went the extra mile to pass me the samples I requested too. Even when it didn't concern his products, he helpfully answered me when I have other queries to my renovation. Stoneworks pricing is competitive in the market (I compared many). Lastly when it was time to install at a very tight schedule, I am thankful that they met my deadline. The workmanship for all my toilet vanity tops, kitchen counter and island were very well done. There were no major issues. A minor issue was resolved quickly and professionally. Stoneworks project is certainly first class. You will not regret. Keep up the good work!
