About Strides Care / Silveray
Strides Care / Silveray is an eldercare transport provider offering islandwide senior transport services across Singapore, operating from its office at Paya Lebar Quarter. The listing is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered. The current Google rating of 2.3 out of 5 is based on only 6 reviews — too small a sample to draw reliable conclusions, and prospective clients should treat this figure with significant caution.
Senior transport is a specialised service that bridges medical appointments, day rehabilitation centres, dialysis sessions, and social outings for elderly clients who may have limited mobility or require wheelchair-accessible vehicles. When enquiring, families should clarify the elder's mobility level and any equipment needs (wheelchair, walking frame, stretcher), preferred pick-up and drop-off locations, the frequency of trips (one-off, weekly recurring, or daily medical runs), and whether a trained escort or transport aide accompanies the vehicle. It is worth confirming lead times for booking, cancellation policy, and whether the fleet includes vehicles fitted with ramps or lifts.
To explore whether Strides Care / Silveray can meet your family's needs, reach out via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to discuss trip requirements, scheduling, and pricing before making a commitment.
Insist on a trial period and put the care plan, hours, and rate in writing.
It was a very nice experience today riding on the 6 seater white cab SHB12K from Singapore Expo. But unfortunately I misplaced the driver's name card.
They can confirm your booking weeks in advance, but cancel your booking before pickup, expecting you to make your own last minute arrangement. So, confirmation of booking means nothing at all. I assumed they purposely overbooked so that they can max their profit in case they are able to slot you in when they have drivers available at the last minutes. Booked at own risk.
I GOT SCAMMED. Please don’t book their service if you can. My bank engaged them to provide a ride from the airport back home, I gave the driver a tip out of goodwill ($10) and he immediately counted it in front of me WITHOUT saying thank you. I didn’t react becos I thought ok, he is just one of those old calculative men. However, when he sent my partner back (and this was included as part of the bank’s service, we have this in black and white), he asked for another ($15). I called the driver, and he insisted it’s part of their “rules”, but please, we have this in black and white and it is NOT part of the rules or even if it is, it is an exception becos it is a service provided by the bank. IN SHORT, WE GOT SCAMMED. Total of $25 when my partner could have taken a taxi ride back and it would be a similar price or even less. DRIVER’S NAME IS LAI YEW HIAN.
Poor customer service, took one of their cab and was shortchanged $10 by the driver. Email them but never got back to me.
rude driver pls. like u owe them money🤣

Strides Care / Silveray has not published a specific rate card on its listing. Senior transport pricing in Singapore typically varies by trip type — single-leg medical appointments, return trips, and recurring dialysis or day-care runs are usually quoted differently. Costs can also vary depending on whether a wheelchair-accessible vehicle or an escort aide is required, and whether the pick-up falls within peak hours. Families should contact Strides Care / Silveray directly via WhatsApp or phone to obtain a quote tailored to the elder's mobility needs and the frequency of trips required. Ask specifically whether fuel surcharges, waiting-time fees, or public holiday premiums apply, and request a written breakdown before confirming any arrangement. Strides Care / Silveray's listed subcategory is senior transport, which is a trip-based service rather than a live-in or home-visit care arrangement. The provider does not appear to offer residential or home nursing services based on the available listing data. For families who need both transport and in-home care, it would be worth enquiring whether Strides Care / Silveray partners with any home care or day rehabilitation providers, or whether transport can be coordinated around an existing care schedule. Confirm the scope of service, booking lead times, and cancellation terms directly before making arrangements.
No regulatory licences are recorded in this listing for Strides Care / Silveray, and no clinical or transport-specific certifications are noted. For senior transport services, families should ask directly whether drivers hold any first-aid or patient-handling certifications, and whether the vehicles carry public liability insurance covering passengers. For services involving medically dependent elders — such as post-surgery transfers or dialysis runs — it is particularly important to confirm whether an escort aide or trained transport assistant accompanies the driver, and what protocols are in place if an elder becomes unwell during transit. Request written confirmation of insurance cover and driver credentials before booking. Listing data is incomplete — contact Strides Care / Silveray directly to confirm details.
If Strides Care / Silveray isn't the right fit, these are other senior transport providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
