My experience here has been very pleasant. I must say it is very different from the other clinics I have visited. Did pigment lasers with Dr Luther and saw amazing results. He is a very thorough and meticulous doctor. Also, the staff here are genuinely interested in addressing your concerns and I was allowed to consider my options without any pressure from the sales people. Will most definitely recommend my friends and family 😀

I visited Dr Su at Imago Aesthetic Clinic for microneedling and I could not recommend it more highly to anyone. The clinic was clean and the staff were accommodating, friendly, and professional. I was nervous as I hate needles but they all tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible. The session was amazing! REMEMBER TO READ THE FIRST REVIEW -continuing from the 1st review: Now it is time for the treatment itself, instead of the doctor pulling the machine into my treatment room (like they always do), I was told to get out of my room and into his office (the same office where I had my conversation with him earlier). I try my best to keep my review objective but c’mon Dr Vincent, are you that lazy? Usually right before they start the procedure the doctor will show me it is a new set of needles. No, this doctor just started. I am not sure if this is against the company / medical SOP, but I am now stating, this happened. Procedure went as per normal, but the funny thing was that it lasted about half the usual procedure duration. Not sure if he wasn’t as detailed as the previous doctors or he just couldn’t care less and wanted to get it over and done with. After the procedure, I was never told to apply any creams at home to reduce inflammation even though the Centrepoint branch have never failed to make sure they inform me before I left the clinic. Anyway, procedure was over, I signed a form and got out of the place as fast as possible. Usually, I am someone who voices my concerns and displeasure right there and then. But given the circumstances, seeing how he has the ability to botch the procedure and ruin my face, I have been nothing but polite the whole time I was in that clinic. But of course I rushed to make this review as soon as I could. As an objective person, though what you’ve heard is fairly negative, there are good sides to this company as well. Remember how I signed a package of 4+1 sessions? My first 4 sessions were at Imago (Centrepoint branch), first 3 sessions were performed by Dr Luther who I would like to commend, for his friendliness, tenderness, and always willing to address your concerns attitude. My 4th session was with Dr Su, who was also very informative, gentle, and addressed my queries well. Both of them have left the company from what I have understood. (I am starting to think they have made the right choice in doing so) We’ve all heard of constructive criticism, but take note: this is not criticism, this is a complaint. Imago Aesthetics, I don’t know why your doctors are leaving, but hopefully this complaint can give you an insight on why your customers at AMK branch are leaving. Wouldn’t say it was a pleasure to meet you Dr Vincent, but take care in your future endeavours!
