New clients typically begin with an initial consultation to discuss their presenting condition or wellness goal — whether that involves chronic fatigue, digestive concerns, allergy-related issues, hormonal balance, or general preventive health. Naturopathic and holistic practice draws on a broad range of modalities, so it is worth confirming in advance which specific approaches the clinic uses, whether recurring sessions or a structured care programme are recommended, and what the cancellation and rescheduling policy looks like. Clients with complex or diagnosed medical conditions are advised to inform their referring GP before commencing any complementary or integrative health programme.
To take the next step, contact Sundardas Naturopathic Clinic by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing, describe your primary health concern, and ask about first-consultation availability, fees, and which practitioner will be conducting the assessment.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
Dr Sundardas is very knowledgeable and professional in his approach to treating patients who consult him on a wide range of medical or physical.conditions. I have consulted him on my diabetic condition as well as my heart condition and found that the alternative treatments are highly effective and helpful. My wife also gets supplements from him to help with blood pressure control and general well being. The experience in the clinic is also very cordial and warm and I always feel very much at home when I visit the clinic. Overall, it is a 5 Star experience!
I have been a patient with Dr S for 15 years. He has been the one I trust with my kids and myself with our physical and mental health. He has cured my daughter of severe eczema when she was three years old and it has never come back. My son of a severe allergic reaction, and myself with menopause and overly stressed body that created all kinds of issues that one could not have seen. Doc has also healed me mentally with moments that stress and the feeling of doom overwhelmed me. I highly recommend his success permission and mastery classes. You won’t go wrong with Dr S. His approach is one of whole body realising our stress connects to the health of our physical body.
Dr Sundardas has been an indispensable part of our family's medical journey through chronic sensitivities and pre-post cancer treatments. He has nursed us from very dire physical medical conditions back to health, and helped us manage our emotional health in our journeys. We appreciate that he's well-versed in a big variety of alternative therapies, including but not limited to acupuncture, physical manipulation, in addition to supplements. As such, for some of us who are not able to take supplements, he has various other options too. What our family appreciates is that Dr Sundardas is discerning and insightful towards our individual medical and psycho-emotional needs, and he is sensitive in his approach. His clinic staff is also friendly and empathetic.
Is a one stop clinic for all our health needs. Dr Sundardas is so knowledgeable. Sundardas Naturopathic Clinic displays a mid-range price indicator ($$), but specific per-session or package fees are not publicly listed. In Singapore, holistic and naturopathic consultations typically run S$80–250 for an initial session and S$60–180 for follow-ups, depending on the modality, duration, and whether diagnostic testing is included. Ongoing treatment programmes are often offered as packages rather than single sessions, which can reduce the per-visit cost. Before booking, confirm the first-consultation fee, what it covers, whether any assessment tools or supplementary products carry a separate charge, and the no-show or cancellation policy. Ask also whether GST applies, as this will affect your total outlay. See the full holistic wellness cost guide for Singapore →
No formal referral is required to book a first consultation at a naturopathic clinic, but arriving with a summary of your medical history, any existing diagnoses, current medications or supplements, and recent blood work (if available) helps the practitioner form a more complete picture at the initial visit. An intake form covering lifestyle, diet, sleep, and symptom history is standard and may be sent ahead of the appointment. Clients managing diagnosed conditions — such as autoimmune disorders, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, or mental health conditions — should inform their GP or specialist before beginning any complementary health programme. Some GPs will provide a referral letter, which can be useful if you plan to submit the consultation cost to an insurer or a Medisave-approved integrated shield plan, though naturopathic fees are generally not Medisave-claimable. If you are unsure whether the clinic's approach suits your specific condition, call ahead and ask which modalities are used in the initial assessment.
Naturopathy is not a regulated profession under Singapore statute, meaning there is no mandatory government licence specific to naturopathic practitioners — unlike physiotherapists (AHPC), TCM practitioners (TCMPB), or medical doctors (SMC). This is common for integrative and holistic disciplines in Singapore, and the absence of a statutory licence does not in itself indicate an illegitimate practice. Relevant voluntary credentials to look for include internationally recognised naturopathic qualifications (such as those from accredited colleges in Canada, Australia, or the United States), membership in professional bodies such as the Naturopathic Association Singapore or international equivalents, and any allied health registrations if the practitioner also delivers regulated modalities such as physiotherapy or TCM acupuncture. Ask the clinic directly for the lead practitioner's qualifications, year of graduation, and professional memberships before committing to a programme. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
