Families exploring infant care at Sunflower Baby House should begin by enquiring about slot availability for their intended start month, as infant care places in Singapore fill quickly. When you visit the centre, ask about the infant-to-caregiver ratio, the daily routine for feeds, naps and developmental activities, and the settling-in period so your baby can adjust gradually. It is also worth confirming ECDA subsidy eligibility at enrolment, as Singapore citizen infants may qualify for meaningful fee offsets that reduce your net monthly outlay.

This is truly one of the best preschools I’ve ever come across, led by Miss Aida. I’ve visited several schools before, and while curriculum and teaching approaches may differ, what really makes the difference is the Principal—the one leading the school. At this preschool, the team is consistently respectful to the children, and the overall environment is warm and conducive to learning. The teaching is well-balanced, with equal emphasis on work and play. I especially appreciate how much value is placed on play, as it is such an important part of children’s development. Seeing the children freely explore and engage with their peers was genuinely heartwarming. I also really love the infant playground. It has adequate space for little ones to move around safely while exploring, which makes such a difference for their early growth and confidence.
Thank you for caring for my daughter these past few months. Was initially afraid of having to send her to infant care, but your loving care for her has made her happy to go to school and given me a peace of mind at work. I have seen how much she has grown socially and developmentally after attending infant care at Sunflower. Keep up the passion and love!
We’re incredibly grateful to the loving team at Sunflower for taking care of our child. As first- time parents, we initially came with lots of questions and uncertainties, but Angela and her team have always taken the time to respond to our needs. Angela is an amazing centre owner who is extremely hands-on and always ready to have a conversation. Her strong team of teachers, some of which have been at the centre for more than 10 years, are a truly rare find. A special shoutout to Teacher Yana and the rest of the infantcare teachers.. thank you for all your hard work (that often goes unseen) and dedication sowing into the lives of these infants!
We're on child #4 with Sunflower and Sophia is loving the baby daycare! Angela and her team are the best daycare and preschool in Singapore! We can't say enough good things about them and the high quality care and instruction that the kids have received.
The best school I had placed my infant in for a short while. Due to moving to a new location I was unable to continue my infant at their infant care centre. Angela is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. So are their other staff who works there. They really took great care of my son and there was never a day of complain for this school. My son was extremely happy to go to school with no tantrum. They really personalised how they take care of individual infant at the centre. I had no heart to take him off the infant care program but due to shifting of house the centre became too far out for me to send my son. If there is ever a chance I would definitely place my son back to this centre. Thank you everyone in the centre for being a great help and taking care of my son well. There is no regret placing him there.

Sunflower Baby House is listed at the mid-range ($$) price tier on a monthly recurring basis. For context, full-day infant care in Singapore typically ranges from around S$1,500 to S$2,800 per month before subsidies, depending on the centre. Contact the centre directly for their exact published fee schedule. Beyond the monthly fee, ask about a one-off registration fee, a refundable deposit (commonly equivalent to two months' fees), and any charges for uniforms or personal accident insurance. Childcare and infant care fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so the figure quoted should be the figure you pay. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore citizen children enrolled in a licensed infant care centre may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy of up to S$600 per month. Working mothers who clock 56 hours or more of work per month may additionally qualify for the Working Mother's Child Care Subsidy (WMS). For lower-income households, the Additional Subsidy (AdS) is income-tested and, combined with WMS, can bring total support to up to S$710 per month or more depending on household income. Permanent resident children are eligible for partial subsidies at a lower quantum. Subsidies are disbursed directly to the centre and deducted from your bill, so you pay only the net amount. Because subsidy rates and eligibility criteria are reviewed periodically, visit the ECDA website or contact the centre's administrative team for the most current figures before enrolment. Note that Sunflower Baby House does not currently list its ECDA licence on this profile — confirm licence status and subsidy eligibility directly with the centre.
Infant care places in Singapore are in high demand, and popular centres can fill up three to twelve months in advance. January is the peak intake month, so families with a January or February start date should begin enquiring the previous year if possible. Even for mid-year starts, it is prudent to reach out at least three to six months ahead. To secure a place once offered, centres typically require payment of the registration fee and a deposit, which formally holds the slot. Ask Sunflower Baby House whether they operate a formal waitlist and how they notify families when a vacancy arises. Contact the centre directly via phone or the enquiry form on this listing to check current availability for your intended start date.
