Outstanding service by Brendon Lai – highly recommended! Brendon Lai is truly an outstanding technician. From start to finish, his service was professional, honest, and very detailed. This is not our first time with SoCool. After early check of our aircons, Ivan and team explain and advise us on what is needed to be done. Variety of cleaning required including chemical overhaul for our aircons. Before and after was shown to see the difference. Whole process was neat and precise. Communication was clear.
