Got them to install laminate floorings with lifetime warranty years ago but some of the laminate edges in different rooms started peeling over the years despite my best and continual efforts to ensure no excessive damping during moppings. Contacted them for warranty repair but they claimed that those were water-damage not covered by warranty, without even doing on-site inspection! I don't agree but had no choice, so I offered to pay for them because I needed the same colour/model for those 5-6 damaged pieces, but guess what? They admitted later that they have no more stocks for that old model and nothing they could do for me. So this is the kind of service and situation their customers will get for trusting and using their 'lifetime warranty' but low-quality products!
