Bad service from Mr Seah & workers. When all our payment was timely except the last payment due to some rectification work. This is not my first house doing a renovation, usually last payment is after rectification work is all done den we will make the final payment (which is the least amount). Yet Mr Seah send a very rude voice message, sound as if we are trying to run his payment, when work is not even all done. We have to spend alot of time going through what the workers did, told workers where to rectify, they still find excuses not to , till Mr Seah came up to tell them off. Whereby Mr Seah dont come up often to check throughout the renovations. Alot of things were not told till we asked. Yet the workers threw all the cement into our sink piping which is in the pic, causing our sink to choke and we have to dig all out by ourselves. They like to go the shortcut way which is totally not right. So disappointing. Not forgetting to mention, they even delayed our timeline. Delayed our wrk by weeks after chasi ng. They dont come up and do up the renovations daily.

Honestly...I was quite shock to find a rather offensive review of Surface Image LLP. My experience with Surface Image and Mr KC Seah was the absolute opposite. I had ordered Epoxy flake coating on both my bathroom. Mr Seah provide quote promptly including quote for cement screed which were reasonable. He was flexible as well to accommodate to my schedule including changes to the date for the Common bath room due to daughter's P1 registration. Work on site was professional done. Good quality work by 2~3 Bangladeshi worker who had been doing this work for years. Had a particularly issue with the common bathroom reported to Mr Seah and was promptly addressed the next day. Overall, it had been a good experience with Surface Image. It was a nice refresh of our bathroom.
