About T9 Facilities
T9 Facilities is a part-time helper service operating islandwide across Singapore, verified by KakiList. It holds a 4.2/5 rating across 123 Google reviews, which represents a robust sample. Pricing is positioned at the mid-range tier, though the exact hourly rate is not publicly listed and should be confirmed directly with the provider.
Engaging a part-time helper through T9 Facilities typically begins with confirming the scope of work — routine weekly housekeeping, a one-off deep clean, post-renovation cleaning, or a pre-move-in clean — along with your property type (HDB, condo, or landed) and preferred schedule. Sessions generally carry a three-to-four-hour minimum. It is important to note that foreign part-time helpers must be deployed via a MOM-licensed cleaning company; directly hiring a foreign freelancer is illegal under MOM rules and exposes the homeowner to fines of S$5,000–10,000 and a two-year ban on hiring any domestic helpers. Before booking, confirm whether T9 Facilities holds the relevant MOM cleaning business licence if deploying foreign helpers, whether equipment and supplies are included in the rate, and what the substitute policy is should your regular helper be unavailable.
To get started, contact T9 Facilities by phone to describe your property size, cleaning scope, and preferred frequency, and request a written quote before confirming the booking.
If the helper is foreign, confirm the company's MOM cleaning business licence before booking — the penalty for hiring an unlicensed foreign freelancer lands on you, not them.
There is an industrial warehouse space it's a long walk from the Admiralty MRT. I came here to get an exchange of hamster accessories on the 2nd floor. Easier to take train to Woodlands and take bus lesser walk.
There coffee shop
Jay and Govin came to clean my unit. Both of them were quick and professional. They also explained to me on the steps I can take to prevent my aircon from failing. 5 star service.
No public buses. Only way is walk from Admiralty mrt or drives.
Management are a bunch of liar and scums. Owe me a few hundred dollars for 6 months and still havent return. When i call to ask they just keep saying they will reply to my email and never did. Also, why the hell would building management of any sort be owing money to the unit owner? Really first time see this kind lol.

T9 Facilities prices at a mid-range tier, though the exact hourly rate is not publicly listed — contact them directly to confirm. As a market reference, licensed cleaning companies in Singapore typically charge S$18–25 per hour, with a three-to-four-hour minimum per visit. One-off deep cleans generally run S$150–800 depending on property size; post-renovation cleans S$350–1,800; pre-move-in cleans S$400–2,500. Confirm in writing whether equipment and cleaning supplies are included or homeowner-provided, and whether a fixed quote is available for one-off jobs versus the standard hourly rate. Foreign part-time helpers must be deployed via a MOM-licensed cleaning company — direct hire from Carousell, Facebook, or WhatsApp groups is illegal under MOM rules. The penalty for the homeowner is a fine of S$5,000–10,000 plus a two-year ban on hiring any domestic helpers. The liability lands on the homeowner, not the cleaner or the intermediary. Before booking T9 Facilities, confirm whether the company holds the relevant MOM cleaning business licence if they deploy foreign helpers. Singaporean and PR helpers can be engaged directly without these constraints, and no such licence is required in that arrangement.
Public liability insurance — typically S$500,000 minimum — covers damage to your property or belongings during a session. Ask T9 Facilities for the policy number and scope in writing before the first visit, as this is a key trust signal in the part-time cleaning industry. Also confirm the substitute policy: a legitimate operator will send a trained replacement within 24 hours if your regular helper is sick or on leave, rather than leaving you uncovered. Finally, clarify whether T9 Facilities assigns the same helper each visit (regular-helper model) or draws from a booking pool — consistency in the helper assigned generally leads to better quality and trust over time.
