First ever renovation experience, honestly we were very unsure on how to go about the entire process plus we have heard of many stories shared about renovation processes gone wrong. But Jeff and Belle were very patient and supportive in working with us to renovate our new home. From the conceptualisation and planning stages, they really accommodated to our availability as we were largely unable to meet on weekdays due to work commitments. They also provided an abundance of options for us to design our home and explained in great detail the pros and cons of each option, (e.g. tiles, paint, materials, etc) so much so that sometimes we were spoilt for choice. Even when coming to the actual groundwork, both Jeff and Belle made time to inspect each section of our home as the renovation progressed and rectified any defects swiftly. We were frequently updated with photos and videos of the renovation works as they understood we could only go down ourselves on the weekends. Since you have read all the way till here, just a consultation session with them for your renovation. I believe you will realise their sincerity and ability in handling your future renovation well.

I engaged Taccuino Interior Studio having met up with a list of other ID firms recommended by Qanvast platform. Vince Lee is my ID and having shared my ideas to him, he was quick to proposed quite a few good designs to match the theme i have in mind. Vince is proactive and respond professionally and with patience to my queries. There was open communications be it delays in schedule or things missed out, in which case was swiftly followed up. He is great to ensure quality of workmanship especially those times when I was unable to be present. Most of all, his keen sense of color scheme and design has been a valuable help in my selection of furniture, lighting etc. Vince is also quick and cool to respond to situations and recommended solutions which worked well. When I had a problem with an unsuccessful furniture delivery unexpectedly, he is resourceful to coordinate with contractors to help resolve the issue. Vince has proved his expertise, due diligence and experience in his area of work. I had my own share of anxiety as owner and throughout my renovation, it has been a rather pleasant experience. I enjoy working with him, and highly recommend him to all who desire a beautiful outcome for their renovation.
