From the initial planning stage through to completion, the team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and responsibility. Communication was clear and timely, coordination across different trades was well managed, and the overall process felt structured and reassuring. Questions were addressed properly, details were discussed thoughtfully, and decisions were made with long-term practicality in mind rather than rushing for short-term aesthetics. One of the biggest highlights of this renovation is the carpentry quality. The workmanship is solid, the finishing is clean, and the detailing is well executed. Storage planning, alignment, and overall build quality were done carefully, resulting in a space that is not only visually pleasing but also very comfortable for daily living. We are currently in the middle of our 4-room BTO renovation journey with Rock from Twothree Design, and it has been a pleasure so far. We were initially drawn to the firm’s professional approach, but it was Rock’s dedication and respectful demeanour that really gave us the confidence to move forward. As we work through the 3D design phase for our 'Modern Colonial' theme, Rock has been incredibly patient and supportive. He spent time helping us explore material options and coordinating specific tile layouts. While we are still fine-tuning some final details, the 3D designs Rock rendered provided a strong foundation for our home. It has given us a clear overall aesthetic to work from and has been essential in helping us visualise the outcome we’re aiming for. Rock handles our feedback with a positive attitude and a genuine commitment to getting the vision right. We really appreciate his work and the respectful way he communicates with us. We got to know Manfred 7 years ago and he did a wonderful job on our first project. We knew that he was the one when we moved into a new place this year! This project was a little more challenging due to the layout and timeframe. Manfred took on the challenge, going above and beyond. We gave him the brief - we wanted something modern contemporary, yet different from the usual neutral colors. He worked together with us to add contrast, textures and lighting elements in. What we love about Manfred is his dedication and passion to the trade. He is also a very easy-going and friendly person to work with - very practical when it comes to material choice. He is also very responsible, working to resolve issues in a timely manner and never deflects them. Highly recommended - we appreciate everything that the team has done. Two Three design has a great team of project managers, interior designers and draftsman. Everyone worked together to execute on this - great team effort! Fortunate to have Bryan as my ID for my home renovation. Throughout the renovation process, he has been extremely responsive, quick to identify issues where it arises and able to suggest appropriate solutions. He has also delivered excellent results prior to the promised deadline which is much appreciated.
