About Tails Up
Tails Up is a pet sitting and dog walking service operating islandwide across Singapore, listed at a mid-range price point ($$) and verified by KakiList. It is based at 2 Netheravon Rd, Block A Civil Service Club, Singapore 508503. The service holds a Google rating of 4.5 out of 5 across 32 reviews — a moderate sample size that offers a reasonable directional signal of customer satisfaction.
When engaging Tails Up, it is worth sharing your dog's size, breed, and temperament upfront, as these details can affect whether the service is a suitable fit. You should also have your pet's vaccination records on hand, as most reputable pet sitters and dog walkers in Singapore request proof of current vaccinations before commencing care. If possible, arrange a trial visit so your pet can become familiar with the handler before any regular schedule begins. Clarify whether you require drop-off at the base location or whether the service operates at your premises, and discuss whether you are looking for a one-off arrangement or a recurring weekly schedule.
To get started, reach out to Tails Up directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to describe your pet and the type of service you need, and ask about current availability for your preferred dates.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
Never knew that there’s such a space in Changi Civil Service Club! Tails Up is cozy yet spacious for our furbabies to run and roam about! The backyard, play zones as well as their indoor air conditioned sleeping areas, quiet room and grooming room! They did their own plantation and the plants are definitely safe for all furbabies. Most importantly, they do evaluations for your furbabies before they proceed with daycare/overnight boarding! Highly recommended for busy pawrents to try them out!
Bad experience. They only accept certain dogs. If your puppy doesn’t fall into their preferred category they would be labeled. There are better shops out there. I wouldn’t waste my time with Joey and her team.
Sent our corgi Sparky for daycare and boarding a few times at Tails Up although the facility is relatively far away from our home. We recently boarded Sparky for 11 days in December and were very impressed with the care and attention given to Sparky along with other boarding pups during the peak holiday season. Sparky had lots of fun when we were away and came back healthy and happy! Highly recommended!
Cozy space, professional and passionate staff, plenty of outdoor play area for your furkids too! Loved the specially curated sensory garden (Sniffari - first ever such concept garden in SG) with 100% dog-safe plants for your doggies to explore. Highly recommend for pawrents out there :)
We had an amazing experience with Tails Up. We are very satisfied with their regular updates via Instagram Stories and daily update over WhatsApp! A really peace of mind while we were travelling. I love that they have an outdoor garden for the Furkids to roam around and explore. We will be back for their service again, that’s for sure! From Toffee and pawrents

Tails Up is listed at a mid-range price point ($$), though specific per-visit rates are not publicly displayed. For dog walking and pet sitting in Singapore, pricing typically varies based on your dog's size and breed, the duration of the walk or sitting session, and any add-ons such as feeding, administering medication, or extended overnight stays. For mobile or home-visit services, some providers also factor in travel distance or apply a surcharge for peak periods such as public holidays. It is advisable to confirm the full fee breakdown in writing before confirming a booking. See the full Dog Walking / Pet Sitting cost guide for Singapore →
Most dog walking and pet sitting providers in Singapore require dogs to be up to date on core vaccinations before accepting them for care. For dogs, this typically means the DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) combination vaccine and a current rabies vaccination. If your dog is boarded or in close contact with other animals, bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is also commonly requested. Vaccinations are generally expected to have been administered within the past 12 months. You will usually need to present your pet's vaccination certificate or veterinary records at the time of the first visit or drop-off. Contact Tails Up directly to confirm their specific vaccination requirements before your first session.
Tails Up is verified by KakiList, meaning a real person has confirmed its operating details and contact channels. However, no ACRA business registration or Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) licence is currently recorded for this listing. In Singapore, AVS licensing is required for commercial boarding establishments, and pet owners are encouraged to confirm the regulatory status of any service provider directly. On the question of insurance, it is worth asking Tails Up whether they hold coverage for incidents such as a pet sustaining an injury or falling ill while under their care, and what their protocol is in such situations. Visit the facility or meet the handler in person, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
