Visited the clinic a total of 4 times and was attended by Dr Goh twice and Dr Joanne twice. Both doctors were very kind and gentle with my pup, especially Dr Joanne. She always sweet-talks my dog before proceeding with the checks, which I really appreciate. However I’m not sure if it’s based on the diagnosis or the doctor, but I received follow-up care each time I visited Dr Joanne, which I really liked and found reassuring. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend Dr Joanne 😊

Sorry for being nasty. I couldn’t help but give 1 star. I call to enquire about some issue also hoping to book a slot. I explain to the lady who picked up my call and explained to her that my dog has bitten a pigeon that my daughter rescued. She brought it home while waiting for transport to pick it up to acres. The bird unfortunately ate something poisonous and due to our lapse and my dog curiosity…. We were too late to stop my dog from biting the pigeon. I called the vet to check whether there’s any cause for concern…instead of answering my worries… what the staff did was merely reply to me that “sorry, we are full today.” Do you mean you cannot even be bothered to answer my question? I understand that your clinic is always full and it’s so difficult to book a slot, but can’t you take a few minutes to check for me? Only when I flare up , the staff went to check with the vet. It didn’t take her more than 5 minutes. I’m sorry if I ranted at you but I couldn’t help it. Tbh, the vets are professional and helpful and the staff shld step up. What I am upset is the lady staff didn’t even bother to answer my question at all… only until when I gave it to her nicely. Pls understand that pet owners like me maybe ignorance with issues like this and we need advises from professional and expert in this situation. Pardon us that th questions may sound silly, but to layman like us, it’s valid. Thk u

1st time here today. Recommended by a dear young friend. Saw Dr Donovan earlier & he was very patient & kind towards our doggy. Our doggy is very skittish & timid & Dr D took his time to familiarize our doggy with him. The vet assistant was also very nice. Did heartworm test & it was negative! Yeah! Did yearly vaccination & everything was swift. Glad we took my dear friend’s recommendation. Came from Siglap & tbh our best vet experience thus far. Went to 2 other vets before n never felt that the vets or assistants were genuinely nice or concern of our SS. Thank you Dr D & nice vet assistant! :)
