brought my mum for an eye consultation and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The waiting time was extremely long. We had to wait to see the doctor, then were sent for tests, and had to queue again to see him. This process happened multiple times, which resulted in a lot of unnecessary waiting. It felt very inefficient and was especially tiring fir patients. the workflow needs serious improvement. A better appointment system and clearer coordination would help save patients’ time.

I was admitted to TTSH referred by Kallang polyclinic to get further checks. Warded to 7B59 on 2nd of Jan,2026, All nurses and personnels I encountered are very kind and patient with me, took great care of well being. 100% appreciation from my heart.

Absolutely appalling experience at Tan Tock Seng Hospital A&E. We were told the next of kin had to bring the patient’s medication from home. Isn’t the hospital supposed to provide the necessary medication? What exactly is the purpose of HealthHub by MOH and all the talk about integrated healthcare systems if the hospital still asks families to run back home to collect medicine? Can’t the doctors and staff see the patient’s medical history, prescriptions, and conditions in the system? Isn’t that what an integrated national healthcare record is supposed to do? On top of that, the A&E doctors were nowhere to be seen when it came to speaking with the next of kin about the patient’s condition. We were literally waiting just outside A&E, yet no one came out to explain anything. Are the doctors too shy to face the family? Or is basic communication with worried family members no longer part of patient care? Very disappointing experience. The lack of coordination, transparency, and communication is shocking for a major hospital like this. Totally speechless.

I was/am staying at High Dependancy, now 11B. Doctors and nurses are attentive to my needs. Cleaning staff ensure place is clean and sanitised daily. I am grateful for all of them because they give me the dignity and steadfastness to soldier on during this journey. TTSH is also a place that provides rest areas for patient’s caregivers by providing spaces to rest. I hope TTSH will continue to be a premium hospital for healing. Thank you so much for your dedication in helping patients to heal from their illnesses.

My godmother had a procedure done at Tan Tock Seng's Day Surgery Centre (Bed 40) on Thursday 4 Dec 10.30am. I am truly impressed by the level of care and professionalism we received. From the moment I arrived with my godmother, the staff made us feel well-supported and at ease. The nurses: NANCY ALMAZORA MANABAT & RACHEL KOH were patient, attentive, gentle and reassuring, taking the time to explain every step clearly. Thank you so very much, NANCY & RACHEL, for making a huge impact in patients' experience while in your care. Your excellent service made a potentially stressful day feel calm and manageable. We deeply appreciate you both! The doctors were equally outstanding—knowledgeable and genuinely caring. Despite being a busy government facility, everything was well-organised, and the team worked seamlessly to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. The environment was clean, efficient, and far exceeded my expectations. I’m very grateful to the entire day surgery team for their dedication and compassion.
