Families considering TBC Preschool Services are encouraged to enquire early about available slots for their intended start month, as places — particularly for younger age groups — can fill well in advance. When you make contact, ask about the daily routine, the child-to-caregiver ratio, and how the centre handles the settling-in period for new children. It is also worth discussing ECDA subsidies, which are available to Singapore citizen children and can meaningfully reduce monthly fees depending on your household income and working status.

This kindergarten is one that truly walks in good values. My son has a history of speech delay and learning difficulties, yet the principal Mrs Yeak, showed him kindness and empathy from the start. The teachers were patient and supportive in coaching him through his learning. I am deeply thankful to everyone for their love and dedication. God bless this school.
My girl was here for 4 years and she thoroughly enjoyed her time here. The teachers are all patient and it is a very family feel to the school. The kindergarten is within a church and is very spacious compared to other childcare/kindgarten. There are plenty of space for kids to run around. I recommended this school before to my friend, and will also recommend to any other parents.
My two boys spent their kindergarten days in TPBC. The teachers are caring and nurturing. The teachers truly see the potentials in all children and encourage them to achieve greater heights! And they still remember my elder boy's name 5 years after his graduation!
My kid enjoys going to school at TPBC. The teachers are very caring and understands the children well. They give regular feedbacks and are very approachable. To the principal and teachers at TPBC, pls keep up the good work! :)
My daughter has been a student at TPBC school since her pre-nursery days, and she has cherished every moment of her academic journey. The teachers at this school are exceptionally affectionate, kind, and always ensure the well-being of the children. Thanks to their efforts, my daughter began speaking soon after joining the school. The teachers comprehended her thought process and needs and looked after her admirably. Despite her previous shyness, she now has unbridled confidence thanks to the consistent inspiration from her teachers. I wholeheartedly recommend this school without any hesitation.

TBC Preschool Services has not published a specific monthly fee on its listing, so you will need to contact the centre directly for a current fee schedule. As a general reference, full-day childcare in Singapore typically ranges from around S$800 to S$1,800 per month before subsidies, depending on the centre type and age group, while kindergarten programmes tend to be lower. Beyond the monthly fee, ask about a one-off registration fee and whether a deposit — commonly equivalent to one to two months' fees — is required to secure a place. Uniform and personal accident insurance costs may apply separately. Childcare fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so the quoted figure should be the amount you pay. Singapore citizen children enrolled in a licensed childcare centre may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy — up to S$600 per month for infant care or up to S$300 per month for childcare. Working mothers who clock 56 hours or more of employment per month may qualify for the Additional Working Mother's Child Care Subsidy on top of that. For lower-income families, the Additional Subsidy can bring combined support up to S$710 per month, subject to income testing. For kindergarten programmes, the KiFAS (Kindergarten Fee Assistance Scheme) provides means-tested support. Singapore Permanent Resident children may receive partial subsidies, though at reduced rates compared with citizens. Subsidy quantum and eligibility criteria are reviewed periodically. Confirm current figures with ECDA directly at ecda.gov.sg before making enrolment decisions, as rates may have changed since this listing was last updated.
Waitlists are common at popular preschools and kindergartens in Singapore, particularly for infant care places where demand routinely outstrips supply. As a general guide, families are advised to enquire at least three to six months ahead of their intended start date, and up to twelve months ahead for infant care vacancies. January is the most common intake month for kindergarten programmes aligned to the school calendar, so enquiries made in the preceding mid-year period tend to be well-timed. To secure a place once offered, most centres require payment of a registration fee and a deposit. Contact TBC Preschool Services directly by phone or through their enquiry form to ask about current availability for your child's age group and preferred start month, as waitlist positions can change quickly.
