I call on Friday morning for the burial services for my late mum. Mr Hidayat response to me within minutes of my call. Advise me on things that i need to do as i told him i'm not sure of the process. Imam Mubim is nice guy, sharing with me some knowledge when i was on the way to the cemetery. That more or least making my emotional calm down. Overall i'm happy with the services given. Oh God. Reading the review, I remember when my father passed away. My father was a Telok Kurau member. When I called, no one answered. I had to call a few times. Then the one who came was not a Telok Kurau van. I asked why the other vans were, they said Telok Kurau really doesn't have a hearse van. They asked another company to do it. They are like a funeral agent. They collected money from us but hired a contractor to do it. The van arrived but the bath attendant came late. When asked why, they said there were two bodies and only one van. In my opinion, if there is no funeral company, don't be stupid, people collect Khairat money and then give it to others. It's nice to eat commission. It's trustworthy. This is just a warning for anyone who wants to become a member. Check first, then pay, pay, pay, the other company comes.
