Dr. Anna was incredibly kind, patient, and professional with our bad-tempered cat Ginger. I’m super grateful for Dr Jeremy and his team for taking such good care of Bailey’s senior dental procedure. I was anxious and worried about the GA given that my dog was 13 years old, and I saw 3 vets in total before deciding to go ahead. Dr Jeremy was the only one who made me feel confident enough by thoroughly explaining the procedure. I felt like he really listened to my concerns, and was very caring, reassuring, and patient throughout the whole consultation. I was there for dental but asked questions about the whole body from nails to legs and organs as well and Dr Jeremy was happy to address them all. He was also very gentle and loving with Bailey, and treated him like family and not just a job. As a bonus, everyone in the clinic and the receptionist on the phone was very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful! I was initially worried about the cost too but was quoted a very reasonable price, with services that totally went the extra mile. Waiting time was kept short, and I was always attended to promptly at every stage. This is truly a clinic with heart that I will always choose and highly recommend to everyone!
